Hi Filipe,
Monthly fees for our service are clearly outlined in our terms and conditions, which all riders agree to before gaining access to an account. This information is clearly available on our website, within our chatbot, and in the application form completed prior to onboarding.
As stated, joining fees are non-refundable, and ongoing fees remain due regardless of activity, as the account is still being provided and maintained.
As per the terms you agreed to, your card on file may be charged for any outstanding fees owed. A minimum of £60 per week must be covered through account earnings. If this amount is not met, the remaining balance is charged to your card in line with the agreement accepted during your application.
If an account is not used, this does not remove the agreed payment obligations. In cases where fees are not paid, access to the account is withdrawn in line with our terms.
We make this clear before onboarding and strongly advise riders to only proceed if they intend to work consistently and long-term, ensuring they can comfortably cover the fees.
If you’ve had a previous account with us, these same terms would have applied at the time.

Warning to Anyone Considering Renting Their Deliveroo Account
I rented my Deliveroo account to Lomidriver believing they would provide properly vetted and eligible substitutes.
Lomidriver selected and placed a substitute rider on my account. I later received an email from Deliveroo stating that the substitute had previously had their supplier agreement terminated for a serious/material breach. Because of this, Deliveroo immediately terminated my supplier agreement.
As the account holder, Deliveroo held me fully responsible even though Lomidriver chose the substitute and managed everything. My account has now been permanently closed.
If you are considering renting your account to this company, understand the risk:
1.You are legally responsible for any substitute they provide.
2.If the substitute has previously been terminated, your account can be permanently banned.
3.Deliveroo will not deal with Lomidriver only with you.
This decision has cost me my Deliveroo account and my source of income.
I strongly advise anyone thinking about renting their account to fully understand the risks before proceeding.

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, LomiDriver does not allow riders to use accounts if they have previously held or had a delivery platform account terminated. Riders confirm during the application process that they have not previously had an account closed, and they agree that if this is later discovered, they will not be paid and the arrangement will end immediately.
When a substitute is added through Deliveroo’s system, it may sometimes flag if a rider has previously held an account. However, this is not always guaranteed. If a rider provides different personal details from a previous application, or if the platform does not flag the information, neither we, the account holder, nor Deliveroo are alerted to any prior history at the point of approval.
There is currently no independent verification system available to agencies that allows us to check whether someone has previously had an account terminated. We rely on the information provided by applicants and on the platform’s own substitute approval process.
Ultimately, under Deliveroo’s supplier agreement, responsibility for the account sits with the account holder. This is outlined within the platform’s terms.
This situation is unfortunate for you and for us. We also lose an account from our network in cases like this, and we do not benefit in any way from this outcome.
We understand the seriousness of losing a delivery account and genuinely regret that this occurred.
We always advise account holders to carefully review platform rules and substitution responsibilities before proceeding.

They are the time start processing. I started with them 2 times with same account. They sent emails match found and after that every time they took my all documents and approved documents but nothing to process further more . So I will give them 00 stars . They are fraud scammers

The lomiconnect system was still being built and perfected when you encounted that issue as per the notice on the website.
We stated 'you may experience issues whilst we are building the website, please be patient until we are up and running!'
This was an issue we were fixing that you experienced where you got an email saying we found a match.

I had a Roo account dormant for around a year, as I had moved on from working for them as a courier. I came across Lomidriver or Bozo as it was formerly known, I actually forget how now! Anyway, I had a brief conversation with Oliver and we negotiated a price I was happy with to rent my account. Set-up is very straightforward, the rider does the work, it gets paid into my bank and I transfer Lomi the fee, plus the rest to the rider minus my weekly rent fee. Easy money each month and since Feb 2024, there has only been around 4-5 weeks when I've not had a rider on my account!

I’m a deliveroo account holder who no longer used my account. Since renting out my account with Lomidriver it has meant I’m able to still make an income off my account without having to physically go out and deliver. The setup process is very easy and Lomidriver find you a rider. So far everything has been great.
