Disappointed Customer Service
I was very disappointed with the customer service of String Zone. I am interested in a high-end carbon fiber violin bow and sent email for enquiry. Unfortunately, no reply so far despite 3 emails were sent in the past week. How could I place order for a high-end violin bow without any communication with customer services.
Message time line:
1. 24 Feb 2026: 23:00 HK time
2. 25 Feb 2026: 9:30 HK time
3. 26 Feb 2026: 23:21 HK time
You should be able to locate them in your email account. I could send copy of messages to you if needed.
I just send an email for enquiry on 5 March: 9;30 HK time. Hope to receive String Zone soon.

Gigging musician.
As a gigging musician I've used this company many times for fiddle strings.
Their prices are competative and the delivery service is second to none.
I'd highly reccomend The String Zone.
