If you are researching where to learn…
If you are researching where to learn somatics this is the place. The organization is top notch, the program is interesting and educational and personally satisfying. The instructors are so kind and easily connect to the cohort. I would do this course all over again happily. It’s been expansive and emotional and accessible and just amazing. I loved it.

I found the training and the sense of community really useful.
The whole experience has supported me and led me to change the ways I offer coaching support.
I would recommend the school to anyone looking to develop their skills in, and understanding of, the wonder of embodied somatic self awareness.

If you are interested in widening your tool kit and bringing integrated healing and nervous system regulation experiences to your clients I can't recommend it more. Learning is fun and profound
Learning is fun and profound. You will learn so much while being supported by just being yourself and trusting the space, trusting your cohort and all the facilitators/teachers/mentors are all so nurturing, wise, fun, and walk their talk! There are so many practical tools and practice sessions too.

This was transformational learning
I had a really positive experience here as part of my training and have frequently recommended this to others. The space was so gently held and I was part of the first cohort in 2019. It felt like we were tilling important new ground together. When I have used these skills with clients I heard from them that these were really transformational sessions and went deeply into their issues. Once you have felt what is going on for you in your body something radically changes. I have taken my life in new directions as a consequence of starting a journey here.
