Although UPS (international delivery) let down the initial experience. The Solo Mining Co. team were friendly and super responsive in their offers to assist. But ultimately, the product itself has met every expectation so far, and the Halo is a beautiful addition to the unit. Highly recommend you purchasing one of these.

Quick delivery and support
I ordered a BitAxe Supra here. Made a mistake and wrote to support on the evening of a long bankholiday. They responded the same evening and solved my mistake. The next workday my miner was shipped already. Great Support does stil exist!
