Great service, great miner!
I recently bought the Bitaxe Supra miner from The Solo Mining, and I’m very impressed. The miner was easy to set up, and its performance is excellent—steady hash rates and efficient power use.
Delivery from The Solo Mining was quick and the item was well packaged. Great service!

Fantastic service!
Unfortunately my bitaxe supra was delivered faulty, but Duncan was there every minute helping me troubleshoot the problem. When we couldn't fix it, he covered the shipping to return the miner and he sent a replacement the next day. Can't fault the service!

Great customer experience and…
Great customer experience and communication throughout the order process. Tracking information was included after order and notification received from Royal Mail to confirm delivery. Bitaxe arrived quickly, as advertised and was super easy to set up. Great to have a trusted UK distributor around because I was looking for a Bitaxe for a few months.
