I highly recommend this company if you have any pest problems, their services comes with warranty. If you use this company’s services then you will not search any other pest control company.

I was in such a state after finding…
I was in such a state after finding rats entering my property. I called Smart pest control and booked an appointment for 2 days later. Ozzie came and was absolutely fantastic. The property is my Grandfathers and is quite old. He could not do enough to help and was here for 5 hours blocking holes and checking the property. It's been 2 weeks on Friday and no movement or sightings. I can't thank Ozzie enough for the peace of mind I now feel and actually enjoy being at home again. Also has a 6 month return policy so any more issues arise then can call them back out. Thank you again for what you have done for me and I will 100% be recommending you to anyone that asks xx

Job not well done
I first requested for services in November 2023. I had mice in my loft. Guy came, very friendly, and sorted it. A month or so later, I started hearing scratches again. I called and they came back to check. The guy found that he had missed some holes and filled them with some 'mesh wires' and foam. Unfortunately, the mice are back again, fix didn't even last 3 months!!

Hi Martin. Sorry to hear that. But as you said, we first came on December 1, 2023 and did our best to fix your problem. You said the problem persisted 2 months later and we came back and fixed the problem again under our 3-month warranty. It has been 9 months since our last visit. As you can appreciate, we cannot give a lifetime warranty. As the name suggests, these animals are rodents. They can gnaw and create new paths and holes. As we promised, we come back during the warranty period and do our job, and you have already stated that. I wish you had called us before writing this comment and asked us what we can do.
Great Support and very friendly help when needed
I've had a very professional experience working with Chetin and Smart pest control. Extremely friendly and helpful when I have contacted them.
