ordered a gaming chair witch arrived I opend the box they sent 9 out of 16 screws i needed i emailed them asked for them to send the right screws (as i couldn't put it together without them) they reply with a blunt email and sent more i got them and they still didn't sent the right ones or enough so i messaged again showing the missing ones and they replayed with you can get them yourself at a different shop and gave me $20

Terrible customer service. I checked product details prior to ordering, but they still sent me the wrong product. Wasted 30-60 minutes messaging, trying to get a return/refund. Was finally given a PARTIAL refund. Note that ShopSite cotinue to advertise and sell the product that they don't have, and send a different product instead.

Brought a Dyson replacement filter. Wouldn't even go on, was very bad quality. Brought through Onceit, who kinda pass the buck as they sell on behalf. Asked to return for refund, told I have to send a video showing that it doesn't work first. Then told I have to wait to see what Shopsite offer. While still waiting, I have a courier arrive to pick it up, I hadn't been told this was happening, didn't have a ticket for it. So between the courier and I, we had to organise a ticket to be printed at his base, but this means I have no real evidence of it being sent & I don't get the refund till they confirm it's recieved. Dissapointed with Onceit having this sort of arrangement with third parties & selling poor quality goods. I guess when I thought the price was too good to be true, I should have known it would be.

First Time Shopping With “The Shopsite” & Was Very Impressed With The Purchase & The Overall Service I Received From Them. The Shopsite Had Cheaper Prices Compared To Other Retailers & Was Happy With The Response Time & Delivery Service. Look Forward To Shopping With Them Again. Thanks For The Kitten Pen, Our Baby Loves It & I Am Very Happy With The Quality & Look Of It & The Price.

So purchased a cat tree tower via Dicksmith but sold by The Shopsite and first issue was one of the poles in the box was the wrong size so they did offer a $10 refund for that but then 2 weeks later the top viewing platform completely snapped off while the 3kg kitten was just sitting on it as well as thr other viewing platform is always wobbly so have to retighten everyday for the safety of my kitten but still wobbles alot so as the product is obviously faulty I requested a full refund and they refused due to already giving me a $10 refund for a missing/wrong part! I advised that it hasn't even been 30 days since purchasing, I even sent all the photos and a video showing them! I told them that it is unlaw so will take it up with the consumers guarantee act and escalated with Dick Smith. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS AS MIGHT BE SLIGHTLY CHEAPER BUT OBVIOUSLY RUBBISH PRODUCT AND SERVICE!!@
