I bought the Deal if the Week and it was excellent value. I was disappointed I could not buy the pack of fabric I wanted but my call to the studio was answered and a lovely, friendly person explained why my choice was not available. Delivery was a bit expensive but was super easy and everything was really nicely packaged. Express care had been taken to keep a book I’d ordered in good condition which was really nice to see. I’d definitely recommend and will use them sgain.

After watching a video made by the Sewing Studio on You tube I decided to by the Bernini L450. Had a bit of a glitch with delivery which was not a fault of The Sewing Studio. Their support was excellent. I also discovered the machine was reduced the day it was delivered and they honoured the discount. Excellent service all round and love the machine.

When I started to look for an upgrade to my entry level sewing machine, I did a great deal of research online and discovered The Sewing Studio. They offer a vast range of quality machines (as well as accessories, tools and other sewing paraphernalia), and their short, informative and helpful video demonstrations and reviews were an enormous help deciding on the machine most appropriate for my needs and budget. As a plus, they also happened to have my preferred machine as an ex-display and offered a 0% payment plan too. The machine arrived in impeccable condition, beautifully packaged, very quickly. I’m sure I’ll use The Sewing Studio again.

I was under the impression my new sewing machine had an issue. Contacted The Sewing Studio who reassured me, after I sent photos of what I thought was an issue, that there wasn’t a problem. Great service.

A fabulous stock of sewing machines available; once I had ordered, my machine was dispatched immediately and delivered to me the very next day as promised. Delivery notifications with exact time, were sent with the courier company all through the process.
Excellent service all round

As far as Sewing Studio's performance is concerned I have no complaints. I paid for 24hr delivery and they acted very quickly and despatched the order, via Royal Mail. The problem is that Royal Mail cannot live up to their side of the bargain and having paid for 24hr delivery, the parcel did not arrive despite having received an email saying that it would. Tracking showed that it was stuck a long way away in a sorting office. Perhaps when people are prepared to pay for next day delivery it would be worth using a different carrier. Sewing Studio are 5* but please use another company for delivery.

My fabric was of good quality and dispatched to me very promptly. Unfortunately Royal Mail delayed delivery through their own malfunctioning operations. But everything that Sewing Studio did was very good. I also liked the fact that I was able to buy quite a specialist zip at the same time, which was very helpful. The only thing that Sewing Studio could improve upon is having a bigger selection of dressmaking fabrics.
