Awesome Customer Service
The associate who helped me was named Brad. He was so so great. I shopped at so many furniture stores before landing on the roomplace. He was eager to help but not overbearing. Also, he was able to see in transit inventory which sped up the process instead of having to wait weeks for delivery like Ashley or Bobs. Plus they had a ton of options to choose as well. Great store.

I was given space to look around freely, when I needed help my salesman was very friendly and pleasant to work with. The item I wanted were not on the sales floor but my salesman showed me something similar to help with my purchase decision.

Everyone was friendly
Everyone was friendly, well-informed, and made purchasing the right couch for us very easy.
There was a bit of high pressure sales towards the end of our experience, which I get is a sales tactic. I don’t generally like feeling pressured to finance or commit money right away, but overall it was a good experience.
