We ordered and paid for our furniture in January and it was supposed to be in March and then it was delayed to May AND then it was delayed to September. We called customer service & felt like we were getting the run around so we cancelled our order. We had fraud on the card we paid with so they were supposed to email us a form to change it and of course we are still waiting for the form and our money.

The sales person was very, very pleasant and kind. I seemed as though he was new. However er, what he lacked in sales experience he made up with kindness and initiative to find the answer to my questions.
He was a very kind and well spoken young man. It think he said he was Burmese and a slight accent. Very good hire.
I was going to check the price of my mattress somewhere else; however, the young was so polite that I just made the purchase with him.
The woman that rang up the final order Ms. Kim Epps was VERY knowledgeable, pleasant/funny and treated my son very kindly. I really liked her too.
Great job. I will recommend this The Room Place location because of them.

Andrew the salesman was very professional and took care of us quickly, even though there were many other customers and he was the only sales associate in the store.
I keep coming back for the good quality furniture. Customer service was exceptional. The gentleman who sat close to the door way can do better by greeting people. Or at least acknowledge someone. I have always known your store to catch someone from when they first come in. But for a whole man to sit close to the door and just stare and not even say hello is not welcoming at all. Otherwise the lady who helped me in accounts was wonderful. Thank you
The experience was excellent. I started with Andrew who assisted in finding the pieces I needed for my living room. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He followed up with me several times to make sure everything was correct. For beginning to ed every thing was perfect. Juan was in charge of the delivery team and worked very hard at making sure the furniture was correct. Remi was in charge of delivery and she made sure the delivery was on time and I knew exactly where it was.
We were quoted one price by the salesman. The manager made us pay full price. We also were told $99 delivery by one person and $139 by another. No wonder they are closing.
