MBR breed puppies in what looks like a concentration camp then they are sent to be tortured and killed in laboratories

My experience at Houston Tx Thermal king was exceptional. My Auxiliary Power Unit was showing a code and wouldn’t start. The manager Demon and Will the mechanic kept me informed on the progress of my repair with knowledge and expertise. Their professionalism made my visit memorable.

Took 2 of our units to this Thermo King in Ocala franchise. Paid nearly $3,000 for the repairs. Neither unit was repaired properly. The owner/franchisee was beyond rude and unprofessional. I told him I was calling the Thermo King Corporate Office and he laughed.
Truckers stick together and should bypass this franchisee. They also own the location in Jax, Savannah, and Statesville, GA.

Thermoking is the worst I took my unit to get it checked up and they burn it and told me it just happened out of nowhere and they don't take responsibility if what they did and on top of that they charge me $1000 for it
I have an ice cream distribution business in the Seattle/Everett area and using a van equipped with the ThermoKing reefer. My wife is running the business. When the van reefer system breaks down, it takes weeks to get it fixed. The local ThermoKing mechanic Peakthermoking is the worst dealer that I have ever experienced. Each time they fix something, break something else, or don't do a good job, something else breaks shortly after, or they miss something which causes problems later. Each day my van is in the mechanic, I lose jobs, customers, and seems like they don't care. ThermoKing has built a monopoly and other mechanics can't get the parts to fix the ThermoKing products and they leave us no choice than going to the lousy managed local ThermoKing mechanics.
Government should step in or otherwise, ThermoKing will keep ripping off the customers. I can't believe this is happening in the year 2021.
Take control of your local dealers and provide parts to the third-party mechanics to handle your lousy products. In the end, no Kingdom is forever. History repeats ThermoKing!
