Software is not good, and support is weak.
I received the feeder for a gift summer of 2025. The battery ran down and would not recharge, so I found that the connection is weak and needed to be set. Then there was a software update the beginning of 2026 that completely froze my app. Eventually, it came alive in late Feb., but dies again due to a software glitch occurring due to the "deal" notifications (freezes app). Now I am waiting for the next software update to correct this issue; in the meantime the app does not work. I like the feeder, but the software is terrible and support is not great either. There is no phone support, only emails.
