Wish I could give a 0. I have placed several orders in previous years without incident. I placed an order on 1/17/26 and have received no further information. My emails keep bouncing back. I have twice submitted comments through their website and received no response. They've lost me as a customer.

I ordered two sizes of this sweater to decide which one to keep. I wanted to return the medium and keep the smaller size.
The return system worked until the final step, where it failed to generate a shipping label. Since then, I’ve sent multiple messages through their system and received no response at all. There is no customer service phone number to call.
I’m now stuck with an extra sweater simply because no one responds.

They have been unresponsive for over a month and I have the items waiting to be returned.

I sent multiple emails to try an exchange a pair of pants. There was no response and there is no phone number for customer service. Given the price of their items, I will never be ordering from here again. Don't be fooled by their professional looking website, this is not a well operating business.

Terrible customer service—order not received, no tracking updates and emails to customer service go unanswered. Yet they are happy to take your money. Avoid. Not worth the hassle when there are far better retailers who will help you versus ghost you.
Too short, very boxy fit
I ordered two sweaters, and while the material felt nice, neither was a good fit. They were boxy and very short, barely covering my waist. Had to return.

Nice business casual clothing, terrible customer service
Their clothes are attractive, but do pill/pull pretty immediately for the high price point, and the fabrics are blends (aka cheaper). Their customer service, however, is virtually non-existent. Calls/text/emails/voicemails are NEVER responded to, other than automatic form responses. First, I had an issue where an order showed up nearly 3 weeks after it had supposedly been delivered - I’d already asked for a refund for the missing package. Second, I returned several items (and was trying to exchange one) - my exchange was cancelled due to “non-return” and I spent a ton of time trying to figure out where my refund was. I had confirmation the package had been delivered to their address. I ultimately had to resort to harassing them on their public instagram posts to get my hundreds of dollars back. I never received a call or non-auto email from anyone through this whole process. Not a company I would purchase from again.
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service! I returned a sweater two months ago and still have not received a refund (their policy states returns will be credited in 7-15 days). I have emailed, called, and texted multiple times with no response. I will never buy from this company again.

I too have had no response for my return that Reset received on December7th, I'm way past the 15 days to process it. I've emailed several times and called twice. You have your merchandise-I want my due refund on order 144721.

Sent me two of the same thing and i sent back one and after 5 weeks, no refund.
Sent email requesting info on the refund, they promised to get back to me within 48 hours...did NOT happen.
WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

It had been two weeks. Nobody answers the customer service phone line, emails go unanswered after an initial email saying that item will be shipped. They will not refund my payment nor ship the product.
