I was sent a top that had the size incorrectly labeled in the description. I went online to fill out a return and even though I checked, sent wrong item, they still were going to charge me a return and processing fee. So I drove all the way to the store on Greenwich Avenue and explained what happened and the woman said she would credit me back the full amount. When I left and looked at my receipt, it turns out she credited me less than if I had sent it back in the mail. I then had to call customer service and explain the situation yet again to get the full and correct refund.

I was very disappointed in the experience I ordered shoes that were supposedly rated in good condition when I got them, They were clearly fair at best and when I brought them back into the store, there was no adjustment made. They said all I could do is return them and then I got charged a restocking fee for that. I think that’s uaaceptable. There should be better quality control on the rankings of the products.

I want send this Prada bag back. It Does NOT fit the description of it. Please contact me ASAP. 914-879-2358.

The clothes are in poor condition than they say it is and the dress was already altered and they didn’t mention it

I recently purchased what was advertised as a "late model" Burberry umbrella, but the item I received is in unacceptable condition. The finish is worn away, the handle is heavily nicked, and the fabric is tissue-thin with age. It is frankly shocking that The RealReal’s authentication and quality control teams accepted this item for sale.
To make matters worse, I’ve had a difficult time resolving this with customer service. I spoke with Farrah, who was pleasant but unable to assist with my specific need: a physical return label sent via mail, as my email has been hacked. I was told you have no way to send mail, which is confusing since you just mailed me the umbrella. While this was only a $100 purchase, I have spent thousands with you in the past. If this isn't resolved, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

It is an exciting site , every day a different inventory. Quite a good description of items and well priced.
Sometimes the description doesn’t match the item. At Salvatore Ferragamo shoes, the width should be listed to avoid unnecessary returns.

I buy a ring from the real real I love it . Very satisfying.

Ordering was easy. Item was sent to me quickly. Return was processed with no problem. Excellent customer service.

My Chanel bag was listed as being in “very good” condition; however, when I received it, I noticed significantly more disfigured and worn areas than were described or visible in the listing.

Because of this, I feel the item’s condition was misrepresented. If it had been advertised accurately, I would have chosen to purchase the same bag in better condition, even at a higher price. Instead, I feel misled and very disappointed with this purchase.

I understand the listing states no returns, but when an item’s condition is not accurately represented, that policy should not apply. I would appreciate a resolution, whether that is a return, exchange, or partial refund.

The Greenwich store reps were great to deal with and the item was in perfect condition! They even took the time to text me pictures!

The people and the service at The Real Real is exceptional. Every time I visit the Greenwich store it is productive. The sales helps is friendly, polite and very reliable.

Do not use the real, real to sell your products.
I sold a brand new pair of Ferragamo oxfords and only earned $8!!!! They were quick to discount them and took a huge portion of the profit
First of all, it took months to receive my payment. I had to get the app, connect the real, real with my bank account and finally noted how much I earned. I will never try to sell via real, real again and plan on using Poshmark or eBay in the future.
I tried to add pictures but similar shoes are selling on Poshmark for $600

Customer service person was snippy when I was making a return.
