I got the items I ordered on time and in great condition! I LOVE RealReal!!!🤣

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a return and they helped with that and of course I found something to purchase. The store was setup in a way that was easy to navigate and look at all the different pieces curated.

recently visited The RealReal store location for a return after previously experiencing some communication issues through customer service. Going into the store directly made a huge difference. The staff was professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the process.

In addition, my most recent customer service experience was excellent as well. The representative was responsive, helpful, and made the process much smoother than some of my earlier experiences. I truly appreciated the professionalism and follow-through.

Overall, the level of service I recently received completely changed my experience and made me feel confident doing business with The RealReal again. The combination of great in-store assistance and improved customer service really stood out, and I look forward to continuing to shop with them in the future

My TRR IS FABOULOUS, Kristen in the Dallas location is a valuable asset to the RealReal. The team member who assisted me is so awesome too! The only thing I would suggest is the earnings be increased with pristine items.

The item was not correctly described. I was sent women’s shoes when I ordered men’s shoes and then I was charged for the return.

The boots were as described, very beautiful, fast service!

I recently used the real real and was super impressed with this company. My order shipped very quickly and arrived in less than a week from the time I placed the order to getting it. I ordered Saturday night and got my order on Wednesday! Everything was packaged nicely and was just as described. Thanks!

Called the corporate office to send a diamond 5000 dollar bracelet to the Dallas store so I could pick up on a 4 hour trip from home to Dallas . They sent the bracelet to the Dallas store and text me to tell me it had arrived. I told them what date I was coming to Dallas . So I took Sunday off from my job to make the trip to Dallas and took out a loan to pay for braclet. Took one last look at it this morning and it said SOLD. No one bothered to contact me about the sale. Glad I looked or I would have made a 4 hour trip for nothing. Shitty way to do your customers. I’ll never buy shit from the real real again.
