Pain in neck, shoulder and arm when I walked in . 45 min session with Shaun which has released most of the tension in my neck . I’m now back home and it’s feeling brilliant. To the point I feel 5 years younger . Well done Shaun 100% recommendations

As a massage therapist I have loads of pains and aches from doing manual work and Mark, Shawn and Shelly have always been great at helping me recover and continue treating people my end. I was in a lot of pain with a trapped nerve in my shoulder. After the session the pain immediately started to subside, the relief from that searing pain was fantastic. My only regret was not having the treatment sooner. It also feels great to know if this or any other similar issue happens again, I have a 'go to' solution.

Always walk out feeling refreshed, in less pain and guaranteed a good night's sleep. Shaun went above and beyond to relieve aches and pains, plus strapped up my dodgy ankle. Definitely recommend 👌🏻

I visited the Therapy Station 3 weeks ago with an injury to my ankle and have been having treatment with Sean. After just three sessions the pain and flexibility in my ankle is greatly improved so much that today was my last appointment. I have been given exercises to do in the future. I can highly recommend the therapists who work there they are professional and friendly.

The booking process was simple with great treatment at a fair price from an experienced practitioner. I managed to injure my lower back and after treatment, my mobility and pain were greatly reduced. Having used their services before I can highly recommend them for treatments, sports massage, or counseling.

For the first time in months I have woken this morning with no pain in my foot, and my shoe is feeling spacious.
The treatment yesterday afternoon has clearly worked wonders. I know it won't last forever (due to the issues in my foot) but any time free of pain is worth celebrating.
