Great therapist really helped my back issues

Hannah provides tailored care to support personalised care requirements. She listens attentively to my goals, aims and concerns and works through them with me in a compassionate, friendly and non-judgmental manner. She ensures the plans are supportive and allows for challenge to enable growth and development. I hope to optimise the chance of successful surgery and to continue to recover succesfully from my sports injuries. Thank you Hannah :)

I’m currently training for a marathon and knew I needed a sports massage to help prevent injury. I booked in with Hannah and from booking the appointment she was warm, friendly and helpful! Having now had my first sports massage, I can’t recommend Hannah enough, she was thorough and focused on key areas I explained I wanted to work on and took time to listen to me to make my massage personal. I’m booked in for my next already and grateful to Hannah for her to share her tips and advice on avoiding injuries while clocking to the miles!

Easy to find location with plenty of parking. Well presented facility, clean and tidy. Shaun understood the problem I was having and was able to start a treatment process very quickley

Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by Shelley. She provided a high quality relaxing massage and my neck and shoulders have felt much easier since. I will be returning for another appointment to continue the improvement.

This only my 2nd treatment with Shaun and both have been really helpful. I booked an initial treatment which after our consultation wasn't the best choice I'd booked using the very easy online form so he adapted my treatment to best suit me and my injury with his experience and for my needs. Very much appreciated and I will continue to see Shaun, he is extremely knowledgeable, skilled and personable - an asset to the team :)

What a fantastic session with Mark following my ankle sprain! I could see the swelling in my foot reduce during the Laser treatment. And I was surprised to feel the Emmett therapy completely relaxing my leg and foot! Three days later I took my first walk round the village in eleven weeks. Very pleased and progressing well, thank you :)

Best thing I did was decide to get monthly maintenance with Shaun. Whether it be a regular day-to-day niggle or a sports injury, Shaun really knows how to help and is super helpful.
