The Ragged Priest Omdömen

Never gave me my refund for my return even though i gave them evidence of the package delivery and it was within return period. I have contacted the customer service team multiple times with no response.

I accidentally ordered an item double. I immediately sent an email to cancel the double item… never got an answer. Top was delivered double. The sent it back it cost me more money then to keep it… double

I love Ragged. Their jeans are my favourite!
Customer service reply quickly about returns and handle things in a professional manner.

My order was confirmed. Several days passed, no updates at all, so I decide to write them an email. No response other than an automated bot.
Couple of days later, I got an email stating that my order was cancelled due to fraud risk (no idea why, this is the very first time I have received such claim, and I always use the same card for online purchases). Even though they gave a refund, I wrote them to ask them why this happened. Guess what, again no response at all, just an automated email.
They seem like an unreachable store, and you simply can't run a business with such awful customer service, doens't matter how great your products may look.
It's up to you if you want to buy from their online store, but if you got any issues or concerns, don't expect them to answer anything

My parcel never arrived! Even after I made sure that evri new about my safe place and that they could leave it with a neighbour.

Absolutely love the jeans I purchased… they look great on. Have to take a star off for delivery which took 16 days to arrive, I know that Ireland is international but still, fyi it was the shipping company at fault.

excellent... arrived with no worries... and my skirt if so cool and such good quality I teckon I'll wear that for life

Gorgeous Edgy fashion with excellent and fast delivery. Website easy to navigate and check out was fast. The coat I ordered was even better than I expected hence why I am soooo pleased with it. Will definitely be shopping with Ragged Priest again.

Love the dress and sweater (don't know the names of the clothes anymore) I got from The Ragged Priest. They fit well, are comfortable, and are just beautiful and cool. Can't wait to wear the (summer) dress, unfortunately it's winter and very cold over here. Packed arrived without any damage. I gave 4 stars because it always takes a little longer for the package to arrive at my home, but that's not really disturbing or anything. If you like the style of The Ragged Priest, would recommend.

I ordered a jumper and have received a pair of sunglasses! Have contacted customer services and have been waiting over a week, with no response.

Excellent quality, comfy great color

Purchasing was easy. Sizes are off by American inches. Normally wear a 30, had to buy a 28. After 3 months, two pairs of khakis tore at the back left pocket. Blue jeans still ok. I consider these the Jaguar of clothing. They look nice and fit great but craftsmanship needs work.

Returns and exchanges seem to take a While.

Delivery was good, products are good, only there are a few loose threads hanging on the pants, and some seams are not well done. Other than that the products are fine.

I ordered two items - one is great - and the other didn’t look like the photo and was not oversized as described. I knew I would have to send it back at my own expense but this is annoying when there is no physical store to try things, and puts me off buying in future.

Great quality products and fast delivery. Highly recommend

Evri has had my package in their depot for more than one week, and not delivering it,

Follow up:Evri customer service told me that they couldn't locate the package and it's "potentially missing"
The ragged team responded to me and sent me refund and the process was fast.

Unless the whole online purchase process can be improved and more secure and customer friendly, I won't recommend online shopping for it.

Such a nice jumper (it's called the trash knit)! The sizing was a bit tricky (no cm indications are given), but when I read one of the models was wearing a size s and was a specific height I could figure it out quite well, and it fits perfectly and is exactly what I wanted and expected, very happy, very cosy ((:

We visited the store on Greek Street, which is spot on and surprisingly sensibly priced for London, I bought a gorgeous jumper and had a genuinely lovely chat with the guy that greeted us, he couldn’t have been more welcoming, we could have chatted to him all day.
