Horrible. Today is Mar 4 and I still didn’t receive my order from Feb 9. They charged for the full amount upfront and couldn’t say when they are able to ship.

This device is remarkable. I’ve been struggling for years with hair thinning and Theradome is a game changer. My hair is fuller and has more volume thanks to decreased shedding, and continues to improve as time goes by. So many new hairs are sprouting as well. It is worth the investment in yourself to buy this. Highly recommend.

I can’t rate the product because I haven’t received it yet. Website says ships in 2-7 business days. It has been weeks and customer service just says sorry, they are backordered. Well then make that note on your website and don’t promise speedy shipping and maybe quit blasting advertising all over social media if you can’t keep up. I ordered this three weeks ago and it hasn’t shipped yet.

I have had good results with the Theradome. I bought mine at Costco several years ago and it is still going strong. You have to be consistent, and it does take a long time (many months) to see results, but it is worth it.

I really wanted to share my gratefulness for the Theradome product. I have used this helmet for approximately a year now. Best birthday gift ever, I feel more youthful, I've loved it since I first received it! What I love most of all is the effectiveness of the product as it has proven to give me great results which has boosted my confidence. Also the absolute ease of being able to sit comfortably in front of my television and receive treatments. Truly a blessing and I am so absolutely thrilled. Thank you Theradome!!!

The Theradome has definitely helped increase my post menopausal lack of hair. I have always had fine thin hair but after age 60 it was dramatically apparent. I have definitely noticed increase fullness at the crown and lots of new growth at my temples and hairline since starting this. It did take awhile to notice so I would advise commitment and patience. I use the device once every 3-4 days for the 20 minute time period. My hairstylist mentioned that she is now seeing more fullness and new growth and I had not mentioned anything about what I was doing.

Had Theradome for years and noticed its effects and I went throught a period of hair loss and relyed on it once again and was not dissapointed.

A few years ago I was losing a lot of hair and my dermatologist told me about Theradome being effective so I ordered it. In these 4-5 years my hair has not thinned anymore and has grown longer and doesn’t shed much at all. Glad I can prevent hair loss as I get older with this.

I purchased in early January and still have not received it. I called but they don’t answer. I used the contact form and haven’t heard back. Same with email.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AWFUL!! It's 2/23. I ordered one on 1/22 and have yet to receive. Several times I've tried contacting customer service by both phone and email without a response. I am now disputing the charge through my credit card company. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could leave zero stars I would! I don’t know how well the Thermadome works at growing because I still have never received it! Even though it was ordered on 1/11 and I paid for 2nd day air delivery! Good luck receiving your order!! They will charge yout credit card immediately but you won’t get your delivery. I called twice chewing on my order. First they told me I it would ship out on 1/23! Said it had to do with a discount I had gotten when ordering it! It’s was 845.00 plus express 2nd day air! When it never came! I called back! Then they informed me they need a part for production and would have the part by the week of February 2nd.
I called today and this time no one even answered! I left a message to please cancel and refund me for the Thermadome I had never received! Very disappointing!!

Easy treatment, stopped shedding. Great device.

I spent $845 on a red light hair helmet. They confirmed my order, but it has now been over 2 weeks and it still hasn’t shipped, even though it said it would ship out in a day or two. I have emailed them three separate times asking for an update, but they have not even had the courtesy to respond. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I ordered on 1/11/26 based on the website’s promise of next-business-day shipping. I did not receive a tracking number. I reached out and was promised in email a shipping date of 1/23/26. That date passed with no shipment and no proactive communication which appears to conflict with the FTC Mail Order Rule. When I requested a refund due to the delay, my emails went unanswered, leading me to file a chargeback on 1/31/26.

The item finally shipped on Feb 10 (nearly a month late). I logged into UPS and selected “Return to Sender” as I already filed a chargeback. Remarkably, the company then emailed stating the package contained the wrong charger. They provided an Amazon link for a third-party replacement and a $10 credit. This is concerning because:
1. Their own website states that using a non-Theradome charger voids the warranty.
2. The official replacement charger on their site is listed at $30, far exceeding the provided credit.

Advice to Buyers:
If you decide to order, keep all email correspondence especially regarding chargers to protect your warranty. Also, if Theradome tells you that you can’t cancel your order, make sure to google the situation! Who knows what you will learn!

The Theradome has been a complete game changer for me. I am in my 50's and was experiencing dramatic thinning hair. After using for less than six months, I have thicker hair than I did in my 20's. I'm so grateful for this device and only sorry I didn't buy it sooner!

It's a good product, works as advertised, with a Customer Service which is superb!

I was put on a medication that is known to be associated with hair shedding. Sure enough, every time I brushed my hair I ended up with a brushful of hair!!! Even if I brushed my hair just 5 minutes before, once I brushed it even just a few minutes after, a brushful AGAIN! I purchased the Theradome out of desperation. I used it according to instructions. 3 weeks into it, I have noticed a lot less shedding. I can brush my hair with just normal shedding, now!! What a relief! The anxiety was just too much to face, daily. Thank you, Theradome!
