Funktioniert gut. Ich benutze es seit zwei Monaten. Der Bedarf an Augentropfen ist bei mir zurückgegangen, aber nicht ganz verschwunden. Erfüllt die Erwartungen.

Ordered the full kit and it took a few days to arrive. I was a bit put off by the packaging at first and asked for a refund, but the company got back to me quickly and suggested I give it a few days, reassuring me that I was covered by their guarantee.

It’s been almost 4 weeks now and my eyes genuinely feel better. I’ve actually gone back to order one for my wife as she spends loads of time on screens. They kindly gave me a discount too. Happy with it overall.

Got the product a couple of weeks ago. Had to reach out to the company for initial few questions. They quickly got back to me. Wand has been working really well. Bottom line, I am happy.

However, packaging and instructions that came with the product could improve.

Got this after waiting for a bit and my first impression of the actual product was really good. Once I opened it and held it, it felt solid and well made and i honestly just wanted to try it straight away.

Been using it regularly for a couple of weeks now and I can actually notice some difference. My eyes feel less tired after a full day of work on screens, and I’ve also noticed I’m using my eye drops less than I was before.

Its still early days so dont want to say its completely fixed everything, but so far I’m pretty happy with it. The only thing I wasn’t too impressed with was the packaging.But the actual product is really good and thats what matters.

Junk product. Heats up your s low warm but only lasts 5minutes. Thats ut…ithe bix says thermal ion eye beauty device. Dont waste your money

Took weeks to arrive as it came from China. Eventually received in Therablink envelope but the packaging itself bears no branding. It is a thermal ion beauty device. The instructions are nothing like the therablink website. This is something I could buy direct from a certain Chinese seller without the premium pricetag.

If it were possible to give this 0 stars I would. Nothing about this website, company or product adds up. The products arrived, all have different branding; I don’t event think the actual listed ingredients on the packaging have the ‘key’ ingredients listed, such as tea tree doesn’t appear as a listed ingredient in the wipes. The device doesn’t heat up to the temperature that it says it’s on, the vibration setting is intermittent and ineffective, the device holds and feels cheap. Overall it looks like someone has found three random products on a website somewhere and put them together as a bundle, without any appropriate research or thoughts about safety.

The reviews they have on their own website I’m suspicious of, given there were supposedly over 200 ‘verified’ reviews with an average 4.8 star rating…but the domain was only created 3 weeks before my order and no further reviews have seemingly appeared in that time frame. It is supposedly ‘doctor’ backed but I can’t seem to find any information on which doctors appear to be backing the product.

Having tried the products for a period of time they don’t help with the symptoms. I could write more but honestly not worth my time. Stay away!
