Website made and charged me for duplicate orders. When I discovered, I contacted the company and they refused to cancel the second order. Product took weeks to arrive and when finally did, the boxes were crushed. Product looked nothing like the picture - what I received was green and white- and had limited instructions. There is a NT light that is not explained at all. Eye cup fits so loosely that water runs down my face. Lost $120

I ordered the product that helps with dry eyes. It never arrived. I got an email asking if I wanted a refund and said yes. PayPal notified me a refund was coming soon. Then they notified me the refund never went through. I contacted the company multiple times to no avail. SCAM!!! Do not order!!!

Item came long after order date. Used for 7 days then stopped working. Enquiry submitted, no one has had the decency to reply to my query. Now have useless item and 3 bottles of liquid. Would not recommend

Received quickly and seems ok after suffering from Blepharitis and dry eye for over 20 years im hoping it helps. Will let ypu know Elaine

Bought this as my first device from eBay has stopped working, took a while to be delivered , works far better than my other device especially with the added bonus of the eye care solution, heats up quickly to a good temperature, steady stream of steam, thank you.

Took weeks to arrive, crushed packaging instructions in Chinese.
Cheap product that stopped working after two weeks. Been e mailing aryxx on different e mails and no response which seems to be how they operate.Wish I'd read the reviews first . Don't know how they get away with it. One star is too much . Don't go near this company !

I ordered my product on 11th of March, was told it would be sent on 20th, and I’m still waiting, apparently it was sent on 31st of March…. but I am still waiting.
I was told it would be sent by express delivery , ( as it had been delayed)but here we are, a week later and still no product!!!!!
Given up on receiving my product!

This company is a scam. They did not ship their product out and due to 60 day return policy being from date of order and not date of receipt of item, you would lose the option to return the product as they keep changing the ship date. I requested a refund within a month of placing the order since it had not shipped out. Refund began and then they cancelled the refund. Speaking to my credit card company I was told they refused the refund, and still have not shipped the product. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. They are scamming people. Do not buy from them.

I ordered this device 1.5 months ago, it took that long to arrive, the only bad thing so far is the shipping, I was going to get a refund but was able to contact customer service and they did let me know they messed up and made it right getting it sent priority mail and gave me an extra Hydrating Mist for my issue, I said ok, it did take 8 days to arrive coming from China, but it arrived, I just got through using it the 1st time, and got to say it out preformed the one I bought from Amazon, the heat and mist is beyond what I expected. Hope it holds up over Time

I ordered this product on 8th February and still waiting for it to arrive I contacted my bank, and they refunded the amount back to me.

I trusted this company to supply an eye steamer and ordered and paid for it some while ago. I had one message to tell me about a delay and it would be sent out on March 3 but since then nothing! No reply to my messages, is this a scam??

My order never turned up, I asked for cancellation and a refund after the third postponement and the refund via PayPal was cancelled. Scam company.

I placed an order with this company Aryxx for their Eye Comfort Pro device . They took my money $59.00 and confirmed my order and then immediately emailed me and said the item is going to be shipped February 28-March 3. Mind you, I placed the order on March 5, so that was a red flag for me. When I track the order with Shop with the order number they gave me, it takes me to some crazy site. I know this is a scam and I will never get the product but they got my money. Please dont get scammed like me. Do NOT order from ARYXX!

Definitely a scam. Item doesn’t arrive, they say it’s due to high demand. Still waiting. It’s never going to arrive. Look up companies house on government website. A teenager is running this company.

Ordered eye steamer weeks ago. Received after chasing, also in a crushed box, no instructions. Subsequent adverts show a white steamer they refer to as a cheap imitation, which is the one they sent me. I texted them about my concerns, they are adamant I've received the correct one. Don't go near this company. They are ripping people off who have painful eye conditions.

One star is too many for this device!
Device has a "cheap" feel and finish to it; it does not feel at all robust.
Used it once only, because at the second attempt the device does not work.
As has been stated in other reviews the same device is available at a much cheaper price on Amazon (probably more reflective of the actual quality of the device)
Don't have any desire to throw further good money after bad regardless of how cheaply it may be available, because in my experience it is a "single use" disposable device..

Do not trust them. Payment taken 2 months ago- promises that product is ready for shipping- it never has been.
Ignore the Bot reply “with love from Aryxx”. Do not order! If you have demand refund and inform your bank that this is a total scam.

Never arrived after 6 weeks. Will be getting a charge back
