"ELOISE AND PURSEAURA'

THE NUMBER ONE ASPECT THAT MADE MY SHOPPING AND BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH PURSEAURA REMARKABLE IS / WAS MY INTERACTION WITH 'ELOISE',

ELOISE ANSWERED EACH AND EVERY QUESTION I HAD QUICKLY AND WITH AUTHORATIVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

I INITIALLY ORDERED A 30 HERMES BIRKIN - PURPLE CROCODILE / GOLD IN NOVEMBER, 2025.

UPON RECEPTION OF THIS PURSE, THE SPACE BETWEEN THE SCALES WAS A MUCH LIGHTER PINKISH COLOR THAN THE PURPLE THAT WAS IN THE PICTURE FROM WHICH I HAD SEEN BEFORE ORDERING.

I CONTACTED PURSEAURE BY EMAIL AND 'ELOISE' QUICKLY ANWERED MY EMAIL. THROUGH HER DILIGENCE AND RESEARCH, I ORDERED ANOTHER BIRKIN FROM PURSEAURA THAT ELOISE SELECTED - SAME (SAME CHARACTERISTICS AS THE FIRST ONE).

THIS SECOND PURPLE CROCODILE BIRKIN ARRIVED ON MARCH 23 2026. ELOISE DID A GRAND JOB; THIS PURSE WAS TOTALLY WITHIN MY EXPECTATIONS.

I AM VERY PROUD OF IT AS I ALSO HAVE THE SAME HERMES IN RED AND BLACK CROCODILE. I HAVE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED AND HAVE RECEIVED MANY LOVELY COMPLIMENTS ON THE PURSEAURA'S OFFINGS.

Great Customer service

I’ve purchased about six bags from…

I’ve purchased about six bags from Purseaura and am currently waiting on four more. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are impeccable and customer service is outstanding. Shipping takes a while, but it is well worth the wait.
