The Property Perspective Omdömen

We bought our first home using the property perspective, Keira was great throughout the whole process, constantly kept us informed, answered any questions we had and helped move the process along all the way.

Fantastic service! Dealt with 2-3 different colleagues over the space of a year whilst my property sold and my other house was built and the team were so efficient. Zeenat and Anthony especially who were consistently chasing and updating - really couldn’t have asked for anything more , really pleasant to deal with

Keira at PP was absolutely amazing! Helped push our house sale on no end ! Tenacious, committed and also approachable Keira is an asset to the team, would use PP again and of course we would be asking for Keira to manage it

Recently completed and moved into a house sold by PP and this agent were the only positive thing about the whole process! They picked up the phone, they regularly rang to keep me informed and liaised with my (useless) solicitors and some quite scary and blackmailing property developers. They were helpful, polite, they would call to check on things even after 5pm and were the only professionals I dealt with who had common sense! A breath of fresh air. I believe those I bought from were happy they had used them to sell their home too, and I'd recommend them!

The service from start to finish was exemplary. They helped and intervened on our behalf, and our purchasers behalf, on many occasions. Our purchasers were also very impressed with the service.

We have been supported by Megan Raby more recently regarding the sale of our home and Megan has just been fantastic. Megan has needed to do a lot of chasing of solicitors and the chain to make sure that our sale and purchase could progress and in a tight timescale for exchange and completion. Megan has chased them along every day, sometimes multiple times a day. She’s always kept me up to date, sending me emails and calling me. Megan has just been really lovely to deal with. I am aware that Megan is a newer member of staff at the property perspective and what a great addition she is. I’m not convinced we would have got to the point of exchange without Megan’s persistence with solicitors and the rest of the chain. Thank you Megan!

Lee Revill was amazing
Great support at a difficult time

Property Perspective did a very good job selling my house. I dealt with Lee and his team. Any hiccups that arose was always dealt with promptly and professionally.
Lee tirelessly never stopped chasing up to keep me updated on the progress.
Excellent work.

Good communication, helped push the chain along.

Singularly the very best experience in using an estate agent, ever.

We have bought and sold property in the UK and Canada and these guys get the credit for the best UK experience we have ever had.

We were ably assisted by Lee Revill and the team around him. In the later stages of the transaction he was responsible for coordinating information up and down the chain in a tremendously helpful way.

The UK system for buying and selling homes is hopelessly inefficient, broken and populated with professionals who do not do their jobs properly. Property Perspective has been a refreshing exception to that depressing trend and proved to be fully professional, efficient and effective.

They are expensive, in our case approximately twice the rate of the competition. I suppose you get what you pay for.

We used Property Perspective to sell our property. The whole team was great! We mainly communicated with Lee, who was extremely helpful, kind and professional. He kept an eye on our case, was in regular contact with buyers and solicitors and gave us frequent updates on the progress of sale. We are very satisfied with Property Perspective service. Highly recommended :)

I highly recommend the property perspective for all your estate agent needs. They go above and beyond by chasing the whole chain to move things along to a positive conclusion. Which not all estate agents do.

I dealt with Lee who has been the consummate professional at all times. His constant updates have been extremely informative and takes a lot of stress out of the equation for what can be a stressful time in life.

Lee is a credit to the team, always on hand to answer questions and is very responsive and patient.

I would not hesitate in using the Property Perspective again in the future, and if you want a competent well oiled machine looking after your estate agent needs I suggest you do the same.

A very happy customer. Many thanks to Lee and his team.
