Initially were great, however after 10 months with minimal use the right ear bud no longer works at all no what you do. Waste of money, wish I`d read the reviews prior to purchase !

Had mine for a few months now, was working fine at the start, then today the left pod has stopped working, and can not get them to pair with Bluetooth anymore

First pair one ear wouldn’t charge, second pair one ear only charges to 42% - hardly used but no offer of repair or refund after only 8 months. Poor. Avoid.

was really pleased at first then changed my phone and they dont work with my apple 12 ! do not buy i feel like i have been cheated not a happy bunny

Same issues as everyone else .I have been told by George to disconnect my watch to make them work.

Received my airpods 6/3/21.
For the price I wasn’t expecting much
But they are great excellent sound connects just like airpods. It’s a shame trading has ceased as I would have bought a few more

Bought Pro Pods that arrived 26/02/2021 they do not work with iPhone XR when using in conjunction with Apple Watch.
Phone says connected but no sound through the Ear Pods. Phone just freezes when trying to listen to Radio or youtube. Contacted customer services George responded and informed me that the EarPods would only work with all other Bluetooth connections removed. Obviously that is not acceptable.
Now discovered that The Pod Hut has ceased trading!!
Contacted PayPal for resolution.

If I could give no stars I would.... scammers !!! I bought 2 pairs, drop connection to iPhones despite hours trying to sort. Really annoyed and feel duped

AVOID. Pods constantly drop out and even having contacted company they refuse to refund due to hygiene concerns. Issue reported within 2 weeks of purchase but refund not mentioned until after 30 day period was over. George(mentioned a few times in customer service) offered a 50% voucher to buy another pair!!!!!! Told to disconnect all other Bluetooth devices including iWatch - pointless and doesn’t fix the issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY...

After receiving a pair of White pod Pro for Christmas from my husband. I thought that this product was quite good. How wrong was I!!!! Unfortunately 3 months later the right ear pod is completely dead and no longer charges. After contacting the company their reply was “ due to hygiene reasons we cannot take your pods back and because your purchase is over the 30 days we can only offer you a 50% off voucher for your next purchase”. Who in their right mind would purchase another pair!!!
ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY! AVOID!

These pods did not work properly at all, they were completely unsatisfactory and we returned them in less than 7 days of receiving them. Despite having returned them as faulty by signed for delivery and the pods having been signed for and collected by the Pod Hut on 18th February 2021 we are still awaiting our refund for the pods and postage costs. Their e mail on 22nd February suggested they needed to collect them yet I found out when I tracked the package that they had already collected them 4 days prior to this e mail. Hence we are out of pocket £40.50 for the pods and £4.85 in postage costs. I have asked for their details to issue court proceedings and received no response. Do not buy these. I am going to report the company.

Bought these on the recommendation of a friend, who liked them. Wish I hadn’t.
Connected to my iPhone 12 Pro Max with no issues, but that’s all they have done.
Music app freezes, or plays via the speaker, and calls don’t connect.
Interesting how the website no longer lists anything for sale.

I have contacted them for help or a refund, will update as soon as I hear from them. I would say don’t get these, but looks like you can’t anymore.

Update: George emailed today, suggesting I disconnect all Bluetooth devices (including my Apple Watch) & reconnect. Not an option going forward, but gave it a go. Pods connected. But, music app and phone still don’t work. I’ve asked for my money back. Again, I’ll let you know how I get on.

Final update: George has told me to send them back for a full refund. Getting the real deal instead.

Bought some of the Pros- delivery took around 3 days which isn’t long but feels it in this Amazon next day delivery world.
Connected very easily was impressed but my iPhone instantly became glitchy and non-responsive and sound wouldn’t play from the earphones despite them being connected. Phone went back to normal as soon as I ‘forgot the device’ in my Bluetooth settings.
Wife tried them on her iPhone and they actually worked... for a day. Literally a day in which they worked well but then one of the earphones stopped working and then later both stopped.
A very regretful purchase- this is a reminder that you get what you pay for. These were less than a quarter of the price of the Apple ones and you think you’re getting a bargain but it’s pretty crap for a days use. Yes, the Apple AirPod Pros are extortionately priced but they work.

Product does not live up to Hype.

I was very impressed by the website and the purchase experience. Product also arrived quickly. However, I have had the same experience that many of you have experienced. Whilst the product paired with my phone immediately, any attempt to play music just resulted in the music app freezing and stopping functioning. Likewise with phonecalls - nothing worked. I had an impressive and quick email response from 'George' who asked me to disconnect every other blue tooth device (not an option on an ongoing basis at all) and then one pod worked but the other didn't. This pair is faulty. If i get a refund then I will edit this review. Otherwise I would advise caution.

I ordered Pod Pros based on the excellent reviews that I had read. All good so far - delivery arrived in good time but they had delivered standard Pods not the ones with buds. I filled out a contact form on their website but never heard back. I then tried Facebook messenger and got an answer so I thought thats ok - I will get my Pods swapped over to the correct ones. They take hours to answer a message and over the last three days I have supplied all the information that they require including photos of the incorrect delivery. This morning I had a message giving me a voucher code to be able to order the correct item. Unfortunately now their website shows no products to order and they have not answered my request for a full refund and an address to send the incorrect product back to. I would avoid this company at all costs as I think they are obviously in trouble and now taking money under false pretences. I will be reporting to trading standards.

Got my pair of pods yesterday, quick Uk delivery, but as Jonathan Warner’s review they keep losing connection and don’t play music through pods or phone. When I can connect for a call, the voice is muffled. Got in touch with them by email and got response asking to delete all other devices 5hat are paired with my phone and try again! .....handy!...... still didn’t work
Disappointed and should’ve known better, buy cheap get cheap! Not sure if unlucky or the other positive reviews are set up? I have returned the pods at my own cost and Will see what response I get.
Update 2/3/21
After using a tracked returns at my own expense, they sat uncollected for a few days as it appears they only collect them from the PO Box on a Thursday!
After prompting by email George replied that refund had been given, which I can now confirm as back on credit card.
Still crap and would never recommend to anyone!

So so pleased with my new pods, the sound quality is great, they were easy to set to my phone and they don’t fall out of my ears. I’m so pleased with them that I have ordered another pair for my husband, would definitely recommend.
