Thepintheory Omdömen

Got a slightly faulty pin due to the smallest bit of metal blocking a hole. They replaced it and gave me and feebie. The pin itself was beautiful

The delivery time was quite short and the pins are just as I expected.
I had a small issue with one of the pins but the staff were very kind and promptly fixed it within a few days.

I was excited to try this ingenious little product! I ordered 3 pin sets. Two worked great, one had a faulty pin back. However, when I contacted Pin Theory about the faulty one, they responded in 24 hours with a video showing me how to repair it and arranged to send a replacement pin set. It has been a long time since I have experienced this level of customer experience and I greatly appreciate it!

When my pins arrived, they were initially a bit tarnished but the pin theory immediately sent out a replacement and complementary free pin of my choice. Both pins arrived excellent condition. Great customer service and the product is fantastic. I’ve always hated belts and this is such a good alternative!

Broles chinois! Qualité médiocre. J'ai commandé plusieurs paires, une est arrivée inutilisable. Je ne recommande pas.

It was easy to navigate the website, they have cute and fun options, I received my purchase quickly and am a big fan of this idea. Great replacement for a clunky belt!

I saw thePinTheory’s ads a couple times on facebook, and thought they were a neat idea. Then my 12yo started safety-pinning her shirts tighter. I felt the pin-lock backings were great, so I knew they were safe for her to wear.
When I ordered, I ended up having to wait longer than usual. I contacted pin theory, and they responded quickly and explained the situation. And then, they made it right. I’ve worked service and retail most of my life, and their customer service is absolutely top notch.
I will definitely purchase more from pin theory in the future. 🥰🥰

Love my pin theory pins, my favourite design is the snakes and also love the flower designs. Really easy to use and very effective - no more belts needed! The order came quickly, and customer service was fantastic.

I love my pins! They work exactly as advertised and don't randomly come undone throughout the day like I thought they might. They look so cute and I get heaps of compliments on them. Customer service is amazing, there was a tiny error with my order and they were on it so fast! Will absolutely be buying more and recommending to everyone I know

Bin sehr zufrieden! :)

Game changer! Got it to tighten the waist on my outgrown pants, but then started using it to shape my dresses too! Perfect for pear shaped and hourglass ladies to define the figure. Very good quality too, no plastic garbage. WATCH THE HOW TO USE VIDEO! There's a technique how to open them and if you don't know, you might break it...

Very easy to order & swift delivery. The designs are all so cute and very good quality

These pins are such a cool alternative to belts! They add a unique and stylish detail to any outfit and are a great way to elevate your look without much effort. The quality is great, and they really stand out as a fashion accessory.
The purchasing process was excellent from start to finish, and the delivery was smooth and fast. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend!

The pins I ordered arrived quickly and well-packaged. The instructions for removing the pin backs were clear and easy to find. I like how they work and the way they gather the waistline.

I highly recommend the pins as an alternative to a regular belt. They're high quality, look stylish and add a nice decorative touch to any outfit. They’re also easy and comfortable to use.
The delivery arrived very quickly without any problem.
Definitely worth buying from Thepintheory!

This is an ingenious product. I have several sets of them and ususal wear them in pairs, about halfway between the button closure and the side of my jeans, but you could certainly wear just one set. Super cute design options and nice that rubber and metal pin backs are included. I prefer the rubber ones. Useful, quality product!

Excellent choice of designs & easy to use. The pins are very detailed and are great addition to my outfits whilst being useful. Great communication on delivery process.

Great product and great service. I was worried they would be poor quality, or I wouldn't use them, but actually they are great and I couldn't do without them now. Thank you!
