Terrible delivery experience and had to pay an excess shipping fee despite having already paid for delivery.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry to read your review regarding the disappointing delivery experience.
The excess shipping fee was completely unexpected on our side too, particularly as the shipping had already been processed at our end for your order. This appears to have been an additional charge applied by Royal Mail/Post Office during the delivery process, for which I can only apologise.
As soon as you made us aware of the issue, we refunded your full shipping fee and also provided additional support on your order as a gesture of goodwill. Please do contact me directly if you feel there is anything more we should be doing to support you here.
I’m pleased to hear that you were happy with the products once they arrived, but I do apologise again that the delivery process fell short on this occasion.
