I paid online royal canin Rottweiler 12kg on 19th March and yet to receive the delivery. They have no customer care and no one who is responding. The package is in Hyderabad for last 7 days without any movement. I tried everything but no updates. Tried cancellation of order but yet to receive refund or any communication. This is fraud and please don't buy from them.

I have order my dog food of rs 7719 on
Sun, 8 Jan, 21:56 from there fake website from where they loote peoples online. they delay delivery about 1 months when i ask to cancel and refund my payment they cancelled order and intiated refund on Fri, 17 Feb, 15:03 .But i feel there pay partner also with there loote.They keep saying will get refund soon and later keep blocking watsapp.there is no contact to trace them please dont buy anything from there website.

They bombarded my Instagram post with comments about my mother and threatened me to remove my reviews.

Please guys, never ever deal with these scums. They are the worst of the worst. Cheats. Frauds. Scammers.

This is a fraud company. ThePetcare is a fake company, that cheats the people. They will never send your products and will loot your money. They will threaten to abuse you if you send emails and will block your mobile numbers. I ordered dog food on 22 March 2023, with order no #8954, and paid the cost in advance, but to date, there is no response from their side. I will be going to get Police Complaint logged against this company. Do not fall prey to them.

I like shopping on thepetcare because they give best offer and send prodon time without any extra Delivery charges, I order regular on thepetcare for my all pets feed become good quality and all nutrition added in feed.

My pussy cat is very naughty to control her bought a chain and some toys at thepetcare.chain quality was good but product broken apter some 3 months.

Unfortunately, they were out of stock for my cat food; they promptly informed me through email. They were delighted to alter my purchase and reimburse the difference. I had no complaints; excellent communication.

Ordered Farmina vet life and needed an urgent delivery in Bangalore. Got it delivered in 3 days and the price was actually better than the local shop. I was skeptical at first but got my order along with the free product

I filled wrong address by mistake but after knowing this 3 days later after placing the order I called up to thepetcare.in for the same to correct and deliver on the correct address, they support this situation and resend the order to my correct address, their customers support is great.

I was in search of tots and treats for my pet Tommy and came across this website having good range of proy and with good discount also availed , I order for 5000 rs and got the product , will recommend to all pet parents.

I have got my product delivered in 5 days and with proper packaging and a Bow free

Please don't order from this website. They have cheated me by taking my money and not sending me the product. I had mailed them first and since there was no response I whatsapped them. The reply was so rude and unprofessional.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
ORDERED 2 PRODUCTS, AFTER FOLLOWING FOR NEARLY 13 DAYS THAT TOO WITH LOT OF TEXTING (They don't respond calls) I recevied 1 product and no response for the pending product too.

I ordered pet food from them on 10th Feb and till now i have not got my order. They do not respond to messages and/or take calls. they are not ready to refund my money and keep saying it will get delivered. Feels like the same as others here who have been frauded of their money. I am going to raise a cyber fraud complaint after reading these reviews. I wish i had seen the reviews earlier before ordering.

I wish someone had forewarned me about thepetcare.in.. that it’s not a legit e-commerce business but a total scam! They have all the trappings - a website, FB and Insta pages, a WhatsApp business account.. they will send an email from confirming your ’order’ and then your endless wait begins.. your money is with them, and now you keep waiting for them to ship your prepaid order.. you get all sorts of empty assurances on when the order will be delivered, but they will not stick to their commitments! Even the customer care number on the website doesn’t exist in reality.. I’m betting that the ‘registered address’ is spurious too! They probably only exist in cyberspace! They lure unsuspecting people like me and rob them not only of their hard earned money but also peace of mind.
These crooks think they can operate effortlessly in India.. but karma is a B#TCH.. and it will come knocking on their door. I have complained about them on the cybercrime portal as well as to the police.
EDIT : after this review went live, the scammers went into action. Created a fake shipment, sent me the tracking, then cancelled it (revenge for the review) and told me to remove it. Called me ‘dumb’… it’s exactly like they’ve done to others here, no surprise at all. I pity them. Imagine making a living stealing money meant for dog food! What a sad life they must have..

I ordered pedigree 1.2kg on 03 February 2023.
Till now not reached my product... contact number not working...i loss my money
