Unfortunately I have become a victim of thepetcare.in fraudulence. I bought petfood pack worth around 8000 INR, made full payment, and waiting for weeks with absolutely NO action of shipment or refund from the seller side. Tired of liaising with them on email and WhatsApp, , now moving with legal proceedings.

Please please please noone should ever fall into their trap. Seems like they are doing nothing but pickpocketing in digital era

It's a fake company with absolutely no product delivery. Don't get carried away by the offer or discounts. You would only be dumped and end with no product delivered.

Company is fraud and anyone can judge them by there message as a scammer.

Pleased only buy anything they are fraud for sure.

The reviews are true, they will talk in a wrong way and blame us for no reason. No money will be refunded and no product will receive to us. They will create a fake tracking ID and they prove themselves as genuine sellers. Not at all and the website should be banned ASAP.

Yesterday on 21may 2023 i got 3 kg of I ams pet food for small dog instead of the 8 kg large breed i paid for. Hence i messaged that firstly it was the wrong pet food and secondly the wrong quantity and if they thought i was daft. This is the reply I got .

Placed order for dog food and paid for it online. No response till date on the date of delivery. They resort to very offensive language and threaten. It is really surprising that still the website is operative and looting the innocent buyers. Cyber Cell should act fast and book the culprits.

They are fraud company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM…. Have raised a consumer complaint, request others who are cheated to raise consumer complaint online

They are really irritating, they don't respond on customer care number, plus they don't send the items as well.
If I won't recieve items this time, I will raise a case against them and make them shut down their website.

I placed an order # 9323 for pet food on www.thepetcare website on 24th April’2023 but I never received my delivery even after 3 weeks. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I never received a response. It's clear that thepetcare is a fraudulent company that takes people's money without providing any goods or services in return. I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this website to stay away and find a more trustworthy source for their pet care needs.

These guys are a bunch of thieves. Never ever place an order with them unless you want to lose your money!!

They are cheat to the core . I have ordered royal canin on 15th march 2023 by paying 7544 . There is no customer support no where you can directly access them. Only a wats app no and you will get the response as per their wish . Initially they responded by giving a fake tracking no unfortunately that never got delivered. When i raised a complaint in my bank i got a reply saying they will deliver and asked me to take back the complaint. I thought of giving them a chance but i was bullied. Till now there is no product delivered nor are they transferring back the amount . I request everyone to stay away from these fraudulent people. Though i have given a tat of 48 hrs to refund my money failing which i will lodge a cyber fraud against petcare . It clearly seems their mode of survival is by cheating people.

Finally after a long fight i got my money back .

Fraud Company , accepts payment and does not send any tracking info , please be careful, they dont return the money after multiple promises to do so

They are a fraudulent company. I ordered 12 kg dog food - they send only a 6 kg package. When asked for the rest of the package - it has been more than a month - still haven’t got it - I am going to take legal action against them but this is to advice people to not use their services

FRAUDULENT company. I ordered a pet brush from them on April 10 2023. But after that they gave no tracking details. No answer for any of my messages , calls or emails. When I asked for refund they started abusing and threatening me continuously. Ive given a consumer grievance complaint against them today. Never order anything from them.Whoever has lost money give a consumer grievance complaint against them with correct documents. This company needs to be closed. All their abusive messages needs to be submitted to Cyber Crime

Yes guys they are fraud people I just check about cod option and chat with customer care number I asked them do u have cod option then to my surprise the other person asked me why you need cod option then I told that you guys have very bad reviews then he said then why people are ordering it then he start saying me u are fraud and all , I did not understand why govt don’t take action against that type of fraud

Please report the seller on pcbook. They are fake . i need your support to raise my complaint to the right level. Please complaint on pcbook.in website and kindly support my complaint as well. We need as many people as possible to make sure this stops right here.
