Amazing customer service from all staff working , fastest silvery was delivered next day when I was told it would’ve been 5 days , really really happy , got a scent matched almost exactly to what I was looking for and amazing staff in the store with amazing customer service! Thanks so much !

Always amazing.
Been coming to the Workington store for a long time and this is in no small part down to the excellent customer service I always receive, the staff are always friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble and I will not shop for fragrances anywhere else a really excellent customer experience.

Very friendly and efficient service. I wanted to order perfume to be delivered to my local branch of The Perfume Shop and my order was dealt with by a pleasant and helpful assistant called Jorja who patiently took my order despite the shop being very busy. The perfume was duly delivered two days later and I collected it on 9 December when I encountered two more helpful staff. I am happy to have acquired a lovely gift for my daughter in good time for Christmas. Thank you!
