I've been buying stuff from this shop for quite some time and these beautiful ladies, Tanzena and Pauline from surrey store, who have been very helpful, confident and patient with their Job and they help me give good recommendations for gifts for my special family and friends. Mai has been incredible
Mai (Surrey Quays Shopping Center Branch) has been incredible, this is probably the 5th time she listens and find the right flagrance for me! Mai thinks on her feet, knows the ingredients, knows the products, explores wuth joy and is so happy to keep going till you find the dream flagrance. We went through 15 perfumes and left with two. Great experience
Great experience. I had a love2shop e-gift card and was having a hard time using it. I came into the Surrey Quays centre and to the Perfume Shop and Mai helped me to order a physical gift card. I came back today to use it on my favourite YSL Opium. Her patience and excellent customer service is to be commended. Thank you Mai and Pauline for your patience and professionilism.
