I always have a fantastic experience whenever I visit this perfume shop, thanks to Mai. She is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to help. Mai is always happy to tell me about the newest perfumes, explaining the different fragrances and helping me find the perfect scent.
Her excellent customer service and genuine passion for perfumes make every visit enjoyable. She never rushes me and always makes me feel welcome. I went to Surrey Quays branch gor a refund. I didn't get one. They wanted me to wait longer. Got an apology & 3 small Dior samples.
