The Perfume Shop - Surrey Quays 320 Omdömen 

I always have a fantastic experience whenever I visit this perfume shop, thanks to Mai. She is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to help. Mai is always happy to tell me about the newest perfumes, explaining the different fragrances and helping me find the perfect scent.

Her excellent customer service and genuine passion for perfumes make every visit enjoyable. She never rushes me and always makes me feel welcome. Thanks to her recommendations, I’ve discovered some wonderful new fragrances. Mai is a real credit to the shop, and I highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

Mai served me today. Everything was great. She offered me a travalo as what I wanted wasn’t in stock. Happy to leave with something.

I am a very concerned person when it comes to customer service, but I was amazed today at the beautiful service I got from Carola. She is exceptional. I bought more than my budget. She is so lovely and warm. She deserves everything good and money raise. I love her already.

I expected to receive my perfume in the post. Still hasn't arrived.
I went to Surrey Quays branch gor a refund. I didn't get one. They wanted me to wait longer. Got an apology & 3 small Dior samples.
I purchased another bottle of same perfume.

I've been buying stuff from this shop for quite some time and these beautiful ladies, Tanzena and Pauline from surrey store, who have been very helpful, confident and patient with their Job and they help me give good recommendations for gifts for my special family and friends. I recommend a pay rise and treats for them.

Pauline was amazing so helpful pointed out best buys and signature notes of perfumes so we could make an informed and money wise purchase top staff member number one lady .❤️

Mai (Surrey Quays Shopping Center Branch) has been incredible, this is probably the 5th time she listens and find the right flagrance for me! Mai thinks on her feet, knows the ingredients, knows the products, explores wuth joy and is so happy to keep going till you find the dream flagrance. We went through 15 perfumes and left with two. Mai you are the dream! thank you so much once again, Saby ( Chloe and Dior 😀)

Great experience. I had a love2shop e-gift card and was having a hard time using it. I came into the Surrey Quays centre and to the Perfume Shop and Mai helped me to order a physical gift card. I came back today to use it on my favourite YSL Opium. Her patience and excellent customer service is to be commended. Thank you Mai and Pauline for your patience and professionilism.
