I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Donna in The Perfume Shop in Nuneaton, and I must say – this was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time!
Donna is not only incredibly knowledgeable about perfumes, but she also has an amazing talent for finding the perfect scent for each customer. She took the time to understand my preferences and made excellent recommendations that suited me perfectly.
