Excellent customer service
I had gone to the perfume shop on my recent visit to St james to get a perfume for my partner’s mom. I don’t know much about perfumes myself and when it comes to gifting it for others I’m pretty bad too. Callie CP helped me out throughout the entirety of my shopping experience and helped me go through 4-5 different scents just to get an idea of what I liked and what I was looking for. She was very fun and helped me with every little thing. The gift wrapping was also very lovely. I will definitely visit again if I ever have to get perfumes.

Paul was really helpful with my shopping experience
Paul was really helpful with my shopping experience. Even though I was in a dilemma, he was patient and proactive, also stepped back giving room for me to contemplate.
When I was ready to make a decision he made me feel good about it. I walked in the shop not knowing if I'll find what I'm after or if I was going to eventually buy it.
At the end I got the perfume I wanted and I left the shop happy. He is a great salesman.

Came in ready for the usual perfume however team member Callie went above and beyond helping me try something new. A promotion would help the company more than it would help her, amazing 10/10 coming back.
