Excellent customer service
I had gone to the perfume shop on my recent visit to St james to get a perfume for my partner’s mom. I don’t know much about perfumes myself and when it comes to gifting it for others I’m pretty bad too. Callie CP helped me out throughout the entirety of my shopping experience and helped me go through 4-5 different scents just to get an idea of what I liked and what I was looking for. She was very fun and helped me with every little thing. The gift wrapping was also very lovely. I will definitely visit again if I ever have to get perfumes.

I picked up YSL MYSLF and had a great experience from start to finish. The store felt welcoming, and the customer service made the purchase even better. Paul was really helpful with my shopping experience. Even though I was in a dilemma, he was patient and proactive, also stepped back giving room for me to contemplate.
When I was ready to make a decision he made me feel good about it. I walked in the shop not knowing if I'll find what I'm after or if I was going to eventually buy it.
At the end I got the perfume I wanted and I left the shop happy. He is a great salesman.

Cara was so helpful today
Cara was so helpful today. I had no idea which perfume to try as l have had the same one for 20 years. She spent time explaining the different products and guiding me thought the perfumes. Ended up spending almost £100 for a bottle but lm sure it will be the right choice and will be back when this bottle is empty 🙏
