I have used a perfume for many years that is now only sold by Perfume shop, not only was it on offer today, I saved an extra 20% as bought two bottles.
Jane asked for my opinion on the ‘points’ free gifts that are offered, she also showed me how to use the small atomiser bottle sold in store as this perfume only comes in a larger bottle.

I was visiting The Perfume Shop for the first time in 2 years and Lin was amazing. Helped me select a good perfume for my mums birthday and told me details about the shop other branches never told me about. The student discount, the option of ordering online then collecting on location, the app, and the gift option for trading in my points. Lin offered high-quality customer service and made sure I got my gift for my mum at a good price.

All 5 stars go to a fantastic woman, Lin, who sold me an Armani gift set today in Glasgow’s Buchanan Galleries shop. She was very helpful and assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for! She was incredibly friendly and has an amazing sense of humour. I wish all sales assistants in perfume shops were like her. Thank you very much again!

We walked in looking for family fragrances, and Dianne your manageress at this branch was second to none. While looking for fragrances, Dianne was exceptional, professional and knowledgeable with all our questions. Dianne’s patience and help with all our requests was so gratifying at a time it is so busy. Dianne would take her time, and attend to us, while we were choosing all our fragrances, while still looking after the premises. Ella provided outstanding customer service by helping me select aftershaves and perfume for my husband and niece. Articulate and friendly with great product knowledge and clear communication regarding promotions and wrapping options it made the experience pleasant during the festive mayhem!
