The Perfume Shop - Buchanan 60 Omdömen

Quality staff, great service. Linda was brilliant as usual. Huge thank you for Linda. I left with the perfect perfume ✨️

The lovely Diane put up with me asking her about all the Boss aftershave and introduced me to the newest one that was just out of my price range but got my lovely aftershave with a lovely smile and great knowledge.

I am a customer service manager and The Perfume Shop is very lucky to have an employee that is just so naturally as good as Diane.

10/10

Harley was outstanding and I cannot wait to do all my Christmas shopping there and have it all gift wrapped too

Harley was so helpful in the Glasgow store, really happy with my purchase!

Diane was great checked that the perfume was in stock it wasnt and then ordered it for me online. Very friendly and helpful would certainly buy from that branch again

Staff made this experience great. Diane was incredibly helpful, updating my points card, informing me of my eligible discounts and finding me a new fav perfume!

Great service from Harley buying gifts for a friend

Naimh was really helpful and friendly. Ask for Naimh xx

Niamh was very helpful in helping us make our decision. Vey knowledgable on the scents that were available

Harley went above and beyond to help me with a faulty product when I thought I wouldn’t be able to get any help.

He ensured I got an exchange of the same product with no fuss at all.

Will be buying all my perfumes from here in the future!

Niamh was polite and very friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back for another purchase. We purchased the Mens Valentino

Fast efficient friendly service from Neive

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable

Neave & Lynn couldn’t have been more helpful, and thoughtful bought a few extras too and looking forward to trying out my samples 🥰

The staff are very caring especially a lady called Lin..she is amazing and hard working 💪.

Came in maybe two weeks ago just for a wee browse and was helped by Ella who patiently waited as I went through sample after sample eventually landing on the one I get all the time but she was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face throughout the process.

My partner and I popped into the Buchanan Galleries branch in Glasgow on the 8th of July and couldn’t have been more impressed with the fantastic customer service given by Harley. He was friendly, immediately offered his help when we arrived and was so knowledgable about all the fragrances. It really felt like a personalised shopping experience. Now that my partner has his aftershave sorted, I’m already planning a return visit where Harley can hopefully help me to choose my next perfume. In short, he was a star - thank you Harley!
