The company responded positively and processed the refund successfully I still however think there are glitches in their system that need look at which I believe they are doing.
They resolved all the issues promptly very pleased with the responses

They will steal your money
The website gave me an error message during checkout stating my payment was not processed when it fact it was. This resulted in me being charged twice for the same product. This is completely unacceptable. I will not be using this site again and will inform others to stay away as well.
