We’re a little “old school” and write checks for our employees. She needed pay stubs to purchase a car and they wouldn’t accept the proof of check deposits from her account. Charged Multiple Times / System stated “unable to process”
I went to purchase a set of paystub‘s. Their system kept telling me that my purchase did not go through. Yet, I was charged four times. I reached out to customer service and spoke with Kane Williamson as well as sent multiple emails. I received emails stating that the refund had been completed and I would receive it within 24 to 48 hours. It is now been four days and I’ve yet to receive a refund or any further correspondence do not use this company.
