I would totally recommend this company do not hesitate you will not be disappointed. I had an awful experience last year with Gardening express so was apprehensive about purchasing online, however this company had great reviews and I can see why. I ordered a Cordyline Australis to complement my existing landscape.

I have purchased shrubs online in the past and have been disappointed with the size that bore no resemblance to the product that arrives.

When the Cordyline arrived it exceeded our expectations , together with a company delivery from an extremely helpful and knowledgable gentleman who is a credit to the company.

Chris also is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with fantastic customer service.

I can recommend this company , you will not be disappointed.

I've bought large pots on two separate occasions now, and on both occasions they were delivered carefully and quickly. Good quality and value, too, delivery was free.

Fantastic helpful company with beautiful quality trees.
I ordered a large Butia capitata and it is a real stunner, adding immediate impact to the garden.

Ordered 2 large plants, Stretlizia Augusta and a Butia Capitata. Both arrived in 7days via excellent and helpful delivery driver. This is the first time I ordered from The Palm Tree Company and no doubt will be ordering some more. The Palm tree was seasoned and weather hardened and has a lovely shape to it. The Stretlizia was planted in Coconut choir and is also a beautiful specimen, tall and elegant with nice leaves. Well done and really pleased with my purchases.

Ordered a dicksonia Antarctica with a ft of trunk. Delivery was swift, well packaged and in great health with 4 of the 5 fonts out within a week. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

Ordered a 15foot trachycarpus fortuneii last week delivered today , driver couldnt do enough to help, fast friendly and reliable , exact same service i recieved 2 years ago on my last order

I’ve been growing hardy exotics, palms tree ferns all my adult life. Found this company online having used many others in the past. Had a 7ft trachycarpus wag and 6 ft tree fern over the last month. Quality of plants is outstanding and a good bit cheap than local garden centres or palm centre. Delivery driver also outstanding, could not do enough to help me. Count me in I’ll be regular shopper from here on in. Exceptional service and this is the first 5 stars I have ever left for any company.

Unfortunately I am forced to write a negative review after not receiving a response for more than 2 weeks after sharing that I was unhappy with the condition in which the plant was given to us and that it immediately started to deteriorate. I reached out 2 days after receiving the plant to let him know that the leaves were shrivelling up and that the plant had already not looked great when we first got it- a few brown marks and holes and tears in the leaves- but we thought these were minor cosmetic issues that we thought could be normal- this isn't a plastic plant after all. However despite following the instructions given to us the plant started to look worse very quickly.

I reached out to ask for advice on what to do on day 2- no response. I waited a week and emailed again-no response. I simply asked what he suggested we do- I did not insist on getting my money back or a new plant- I simply wanted to get advice on how to salvage the situation.

What's disappointing is the customer service leading up to the sale was good- he advised me on similar plant to take after I expressed interest in another plant that wasn't available.

I am moving house soon and will have tons of space and was keen to see how the first plant lasted before making more purchases. However that won't be happening as I find this place to be a scam- if you take someone's money and deliver a sub-par product and then go quiet when they express their concern- this to me is a form of scam.

I am happy to share pictures of the plant and how they started to look on the 2nd daypost delivery and the email correspondence ( or lack thereof).

*update: instead was of responding to me on this review thepalmtree company reported that this review violated trustpilot guidelines. I don't see how I did this but for the sake of caution I removed the first name of the employee who wasn't responsive. Once again disappointed by their actions

I have been buying from the company for about 6 months.

The quality of the plants is always great .I've bought tall palms and now Butia and yucca plants

The service is very friendly...... the delivery man is really nice and puts the big plants where you want and hes only a small man!.

I have bought from nurseries throughout the Uk. These are great plants and cheaper..

I could not rate them more highly. If you are not sure.... take the risk.
