Delivery updates
Ordered a bench, after several weeks followed up by email to confirm delivery date. Was told delivery would take place in approximately two working days. Bench was not delivered, after a further week, contacted again by email to enquire about delivery of order and received no response. I have since been contacted and assured the delivery is on its way and received confirmation of shipping. I am hopeful that the company could simply improve communicatiom around delivery timescales.

I bought a teak banana bench on April…
I bought a teak banana bench on April 5th. No contact at all other than a receipt. I have not received the item. I emailed the company on April 18, no reply. I used their contact form on April 28. No response! I told them if I do not hear from them by May 5, I am entitled to a refund but would still like the bench to be delivered! They are nearly out of time, they must give a refund if not delivered in 30 days. As I have not had any contact so far, I suspect I will have to contact my bank to claw the money back. Nothing but hassle! Check the company out on Companies House, then use Google maps to find the address of the person running this outfit.

Healthy mature Olive Tree … beautiful
Delivered to our rural location within week of ordering which was pleasantly unexpected considering some previous reviews. Great contact with delivery driver on day ( but could have done with some prior warning as we were out and live in terrace directly on road ) driver did well and left in neighbours side gate. Olive tree as described and looked very healthy … so far great thanks !

Just had some pots and plants delivered for my newly landscaped garden and they’re beautiful.
The guys were extremely helpful and friendly and the delivery was quicker than expected!
10/10 would recommend.

Ordered a pot for £300
Ordered a pot for £300, told I had to pay another £400 if I wanted the pot as they claimed it was the wrong price. The site is still actively selling the pot for £300 on there website over a week later.
Avoid at all cost nothing but a con / fraud trying to rip people off for more money after they have paid.

At no point were you asked to pay an additional amount for your order. The confusion arose because the largest size pot was incorrectly priced lower than the smaller sizes.
We also note that during our communication, you insisted the pot was yours and stated you would pursue legal action and post negative reviews if we did not proceed. While we understand your frustration, we have acted in line with our terms and consumer regulations, ensuring the full refund was processed promptly.
