I ordered YSL sunglasses and there was a glitch in the system which resulted in my order being delayed. I spoke to customer service and they were super efficient helping with getting it sorted. It got resolved very quickly and they honoured the price I paid when I ordered although there was a mistake involved.
Sunglasses arrived and I am super happy, they are genuine and looks absolutely stunning. Thank you thank you thank you! I am beyond happy and will be buying again.

Fantastic company

Resolution provided after receiving short-dated lenses
Ordered contact lenses from The Optical Store and initially received stock with a near-term expiration date.
After contacting their support team, they addressed the issue and sent a fresh replacement box with a standard shelf life. While the initial fulfillment had an issue, I appreciate that customer service stepped in and resolved the matter effectively.

We’re genuinely disappointed to read your review, Nick, particularly as it was posted within a few hours of your initial email to us - before we had even had a reasonable opportunity to respond, investigate the issue or offer you any form of resolution.
For clarity to anyone reading, the contact lenses supplied were not expired. They had an expiry date of December 2026 and therefore had approximately four months remaining when delivered. That said, we completely accept that this was a shorter expiry date than we would ordinarily expect to send and, once made aware, we apologised sincerely and offered to put this right.
We have since emailed you confirming that we will send a brand new 6 pack with an extended expiry date completely free of charge. We have also offered for you to keep the original, in-date lenses at no cost, or alternatively return them for a full refund - with the complimentary replacement still being provided either way.
We therefore feel that describing our business as “completely dishonest”, claiming that we are selling expired products, and suggesting that we are acting recklessly or unethically is both inaccurate and extremely unfair, particularly when the review was posted before we had even been given the opportunity to respond to your first contact.
Mistakes can occasionally happen, but what matters is how a business responds when they do. We acknowledged the issue, apologised genuinely and have offered a resolution that goes significantly beyond simply replacing the original product.

I received my Maui Jim Honi sunglasses the very next day with express delivery. Before they were dispatched, I had a few questions, and every email was answered almost immediately with friendly, helpful advice.
This is a fantastic company to deal with. Their prices were extremely competitive, and the customer service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish.
As for the sunglasses—they exceeded all my expectations. The quality, comfort, and clarity are incredible. Believe the hype… Maui Jim really are that good! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the company and the sunglasses.

Exceptional customer service
I have been really impressed at the customer service from The Optical Store during my recent purchases.
When I had ordered the incorrect lenses for my partner, I emailed to confirm the returns process. As well as an email back, I received a phone call to confirm all details and also the discount I'd received through a discount code was refunded to me so I could re-order the new ones quickly whilst a return was made. It was a very personal touch which was unexpected.
Communication has been really speedy, with emails being returned during evening hours as well which is very much appreciated.
It's worth noting as well that like others, I found the price and delivery speed to be very good.
I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others in future.

I went to by exact same sunglasses…
I went to buy exact same sunglasses front boots which were £160
I look online and see exact ones for nearly half of the price I bought them
Sunday i email them as there was 3to 5 days delivery so in 4 days I had holiday booked, i email them and said I can pay the extra cost pls can u sent them next day delivery whatever the difference im willing to pay instead of charging me the extra which is fair enough they reply on same day read below,
