I wish I'd found this school earlier I have a 12 yr old with send and though she has only been enrolled for 3 months it's totally changed her life she is so much happier and is really thriving no bullying policy is fantastic she is encouraged to take part in lessons without fear of making mistakes learning at her pace and if she needs help the happiness managers are there her confidence has grown and she is learning and being really involved in lessons she has had great feedback so far just a different child.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at TheOnlineSchool. What truly sets them apart is their outstanding pastoral care; they don’t just focus on grades, but on the genuine well-being of the student.

The curriculum is robust and engaging, but it’s the people who make the difference. It’s a dedicated, supportive community that we feel lucky to be a part of.

My 12 year old daughter joined the online school about 2 years ago as she didn’t like the school setting and being on the school has made such a difference to her. She has been much happier, she’s made loads of friends and the school teachers have made her feel so welcome and included.

I’m surprised there are only 104 reviews to date on Trustpilot, as our experience so far has been extremely positive.

My daughter left mainstream school just before Christmas, and after careful consideration we chose The Online School. From the very start, the onboarding process was extremely quick, supportive, and straightforward, which really helped ease what could have been a very overwhelming transition.

From her very first day, my daughter said she felt like she fit in immediately, as though she had been there forever. The teachers make lessons engaging and interactive, while consistently checking in to ensure pupils are feeling okay and supported. The inclusion of support teachers (Happiness Managers) is a huge positive and adds an extra layer of care that we hadn’t experienced before.

The pupils appear kind, engaged, and respectful, and communication between the school, pupils, and parents has been far better than I expected for an online setting. My daughter feels she is learning much more effectively, with fewer distractions, and she regularly comments on how kind, patient, and helpful the teachers are.

So far, the school has run very smoothly and feels well organised and thoughtfully structured. It is a fantastic alternative for children who don’t fit neatly into the mainstream education system but still need consistency and structure in their learning.

We are really looking forward to the upcoming in-person meet-up, which feels like a lovely extension of the community they are building.

This review reflects our experience to date, which has been extremely positive. I would absolutely return to update this review should our experience change in any way moving forward.

My daughter has just completed her first term with this school, and so far we have been very impressed. It such a great alternative for children that don’t fit into the box for mainstream, but need some structure with their education. It has ran very smoothly and is well set up. The teaching staff as so kind and friendly, and find ways to be interactive that is suitable to your child.

honestly one of the best school i have seen out there, they teacher are great and they way they structure their lessons are so much better then other schools have done it would 100% recommend

this school has changed my life,
the teachers and admins are kind, funny and just overall amazing, this school has provided me support and helped me to recover and learn. being at an online school has aloud me to actually care about my education, rather than just getting through the day. the students are so kind, the no bullying policy is actually true, I actually enjoy conecting with my peers, unlike in person where i was bullied everyday. This school has helped me grow and be more myself, if i'm ever stressed i'm aloud to take time out of leasons, because i can just watch them back later. The head teacher, Ali is amazing, he makes the school a good place for everyone, he is funny and hardworking, and actually asks for our input on the school, so if we've got a problem he will always be there to listen and help. thank you so so much to this amazing school for giving me a future i didn't think i would have. :)

It’s my first week but I feel I have learnt so much and have come out of my shell and been able to talk to other online. And the teachers are so supportive and informative in their lessons.

Now in my time when I have been to schools, I have had some 𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 experiences, but this school is perfect for people who are looking for a very gentle school but with a bit of discipline!

I have almost been to this school for almost a year and I’ve been loving it! I have felt happier and comfortable with doing my lessons, especially when you can pick ones that you want to do, which is an element I really like!

The teachers ask for your interests and they can find ways to help you learn with using your interests!

The admins can help monitor the lessons and give your kids help, and there are breaks in the lessons to help them relax a bit! On the last week of term as well we play Kahoots and Blookets which I find quite rewarding for all the hard work we have done :)

The school also has a 0% bullying tolerance policy, as my friends and I haven’t been bullied.

I feel safe and secure at this school, so it’s definitely a 10/10 from me.

The online school is summer in a bowl. they should hang it in the louvre. Props to Ali for creating this Masterpiece. i highly Recommend it.

The admins are always there if you need something, the classes are recorded so you will never miss notes. You get less stress and half the time it feels like you have freedom over what you do. You get a interactive experience with your teachers. And it's a toxic free experience.

Absolutely fantastic company - great discounts for those who need them, wonderful staff and teaching, engaging lessons. Our daughter loves her lessons, if I could change something it would be that there is one more English lesson a week and a better homework system but other than that we are beyond happy.

I have been a student at TheOnlineSchoolUK for almost 6 months now and it's really helped me with overcoming my previous problems with traditional schooling

What I value most about TOS is the attitude they take towards feedback. It is really easy to give feedback towards things like teachers, curriculum and anything in between using the built in Message board.

Students are asked for feedback after each lesson and every assembly, in every lesson there are usually up to 3 "happiness managers" who are there to provide help with anything you need while the class is running as well.

In general I really like the student centered approach that is being taken at TOS. Every step of the way they are looking to improve and make student's (and parent's) lives easier while at TOSuk.

I've also always really appreciated the effort being made to keep TOS a positive and supportive environment for people especially those who have had previous troubles with traditional schooling like me. Not to mention the focus on removing any sort of bullying or judgement whether on TOS's platform or not.

In general, I've had an amazing experience with TOSuk as a student and really recommend this if you're looking for an alternative to traditional schooling.

i go to school here and it is very good everything is taught well and if you don't understand things then they go other it in various different ways and have a great way of teaching all teachers and students are friendly
