My order was delivered very quickly and I’m very happy with the lamp.
Unfortunately part of the order had not arrived but communication from this company has been excellent. They are very helpful.
I would purchase from them again.

Terrible experience with the company
Terrible experience with the company. I ordered from the UK to Spain and the delivery was delayed by three months. On top of that, they put me in charge to solve the shipping issue as they couldn't navigate it with their shipping supplier.
The promised a late-delivery reimbursement which has never arrived.
They lack in respondence, quality and professionalism.

An online experience.
We were very pleased with the design of the two lights but disappointed with the quality of part of the fittings which were poorly aassembled. We were dismayed in having to return the lights to Ireland! at our expense and are still waiting for a refund.

I can say that it is made clear on our Returns Policy that all returns have to be made o our Northern Ireland Distribution Centre, so I am sorry if this was a surprise at the time.
I am concerned about your quality issues with the product you had ordered and would like to investigate this further.
