After a bit of confusion with contradictory order cut-off times with my first order, the second went swimmingly. Fast service, friendly communication, quality product, good price and good pre and post sales care.

Unlike any other company I've used- or even my own GP- this company demands intimate pictures and does not understand that some people don't want to/physically can't do that.

The whole process was quick and easy , while still asking the right questions before approving the transaction.

This was my first time looking to be prescribed Monjauro. They were incredibly dilligent in ensuring that I was not only eligible to be prescribed this product, but also ensured that I could take it with all the other medication I am taking. They took due dilligence very seriously. Once approved the product was shipped and received in a few days and was packaged incredibly well. I was kept upto date throughout the whole ordering process and will definitely be using them again.

This was my first time obtanining medication privately and was unsure how it worked. However, the online questionnaire was straightforward and the doctor responded within minutes. Once I agreed that The Online Clinic will share the prescription details with my GP, I was able to obtain the medication without any further delay and delivery was quick. SInce my order the company contacted me only once (by email) to ask for feedback and I have not been 'pestered' to purchase again, which I appreciate.

The medication has stopped my cravings for 'unhealthy' food. I stay full for longer and just don't get hungry. I have no desire to binge eat and am no longer bothered about eating chocolate. I have better portion control. Mounjaro is incredible!

Excellent communication. Online messages responded to extremely quickly and prescriptions authorised and items dispensed and delivered very quickly. I felt that care was taken to ensure I understood how to use products safely and for maximum effectiveness. Cannot comment yet on results as only been using the products for a few days.

As a visitor to the UK, I unexpectedly had to extend my stay and urgently needed a one-week supply of my regular medications for diabetes (insulin), high blood pressure, and an autoimmune condition. I provided proof of all my existing prescriptions, yet it took two days for only one medication to be approved. I was then told I needed to complete separate consultations for the other two medications.

The cost was never the issue. If additional consultation fees were required, I would have happily paid them all at once. My priority was receiving my medication quickly, as your service advertises itself as an emergency service with fast responses. Instead, I lost valuable time waiting, only to be told to start the process again for the remaining medications.

The process felt unnecessarily drawn out and gave the impression that multiple consultations were being prioritised over resolving an urgent request efficiently. When someone is at risk of running out of essential medication, time is far more important than paperwork.

If you genuinely offer an emergency repeat prescription service, don’t waste potential customers’ time when they need help the most
