Since I made the enquiry about my parcel being lost, of course it’s been an issue due to covid but I can honestly they have been so pleasant and helpful throughout it all and I would highly recommend them all I can say anybody you is still waiting or can’t get any help just be patience they will help the best they can. I am really not pleased with the service I have emailed the company multiple times about my order and still no response. My order was placed on 28/12 and still have not received my order. I need someone to chase this up.

I received excellent service and communications with this company. My grandson ordered sometime and accidentally gave my Spanish address as the delivery point. I quickly got in touch and the mistake was rectified immediately. The product arrived and is excellent. Thank you for everything.

Looks like it is ceramic in the picture but is plastic. Certainly not worth £25. Instructions are in Chinese and no oil included. Very disappointing. Will not be buying from the company again.

After a faulty diffuser was replaced with another faulty diffuser, the team worked to fix the issue by testing a third diffuser before shipping, and sending a complimentary lemon oil as goodwill. They were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome. I will shop with them again in the future.

Absolutely amazing! I purchased a wild orange essential oil bottle from these guys and I desperately needed it for the next working day - which they managed to accommodate! The oil smell gorgeous and is super potent!

Think twice about ordering from this company. Customer service appalling. Product faulty, I paid to have it returned. They disputed it was faulty, refused refund and told me that if I wanted product returned I had to pay for the postage. The diffuser worked twice before it didn’t work. Cheap plastic rubbish! Spend your money elsewhere.

I have just purchased the new H20 diffuser with a selection of essential oils. As a sufferer of anxiety, the lavender oil is very soothing and calming. Great customer service and fast delivery! I look forward to receiving my next order. Highly recommended 😊

Being Southeast Asian, aromatherapy and essential oils are part of my life. That’s why I’m so glad I came across The Oils Company cos their essential oils are super legit! They have my fave scents (French lavender, eucalyptus & lemongrass) that I love using w my diffuser, easily transporting me back to the relaxing feel of our spas back home.

I’ve got the dark wood oil diffuser, I’ve had it 2 days and I am OBSESSED! I cannot get enough. I’ve used the lavender scent before bed and it made me feel so calm and sleepy. I’ve used other oils when doing yoga and it is perfect. It just fills your home with gorgeous fresh scents and it is so EASY to use! The light changing is excellent and calming and it makes NO noise at all. Besides the brilliant smell it is also so relaxing just to look at and watch the mist flowing out. I couldn’t recommend this more!

Communication was great, kept up to date every step of the way. Will be using again when the need arises
