Ordered beard serum on October 1st it is now the 27th and have yet to recieve the order, eventhough they have been paid. Emailed numerous times with no response or refund. Will be contacting BBB

My order was placed several weeks ago now with no shipping update or delivery. I've tried to contact the support email multiple times, with no response (this isn't the first time).

Hoping I eventually get my order (or a refund). But unfortunately, this will likely be my last time ordering from Norse.

Very bad company, not costumer service at all , place my order on 12/30, they created a shipping label and was cancelled, still I'm waiting, sent different email request for my money back and of course it's not responding, be careful when you buy from this company, not good

First, they claim 2 to 4 day shipping. I ordered on November 13th, didn't receive it untill the 21st. Second, my order was short, I didn't get everything I paid for. I emailed them numerous times about my incomplete order, but they REFUSED to respond. I feel like I'm being ripped off! Buyers BEWARE! Very very very poor customer service, and incomplete orders. Reporting to BBB.

It's been 6 days since I paid money that I work my butt off for, for a product that hasn't even been processed yet much less shipped out. And of course they give no updates, no communication at all. In fact they make you sign on to another app just to find out the product hasn't even been shipped yet. They claim 2-4 day shipping but 6 days later they haven't even sent it. I'm so beyond irritated. This is absolutely unprofessional and pure laziness.

Never received the full order. Customer service does not reply. I like the product but if you send your money you may never receive your order. Don’t expect customer service to respond.

Customer service never responds and I never received my product or a refund

Just got my beard growth oil in, has no scent besides a faint vegetable or canola oil smell. Very weird considering the oils and ingredients it claims to have do give off smells. Not sure if I even feel safe using this product.

Somehow my order got misplaced in transit but I contacted customer service and they reshipped it out ASAP! I have bought these products for quite some time and absolutely love the results with my beard! I can’t recommend Norse enough!!

Norse Grooming offers a money back guarantee, HOWEVER BEWARE they do not respond to any customer communications which make the guarantee impossible. I needed to return the beard roller which was not the product that i was expecting and i have contacted the company twice with NO RESPONSE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....beware!! The beard roller that they sold is not the one that they recommend on their beard growth blog so they contradict themselves.

I placed an order almost a month ago. I not only haven't received the product I purchased but it hasn't even left their warehouse yet. I have contacted them four times about canceling my order and getting a refund. Twice by email and twice on their website. No response.

What a shame I didn't read all these reviews before ordering.
My son previously had one of these razors and really liked it. However he dropped it in the shower and it broke. So I ordered a replacement for his birthday. However, 3 weeks later, nothing and 3 emails later, no response. Pity I didn't check Trustpilot out before ordering. They took the payment immediately of course. No telephone number on their website either.

Ordered beard oil. Received email that product was delivered. Went to mailbox and it was empty. As of today I emailed 5 days in in a row with no response.

I ordered a bottle and the roller brush, upgraded to 2 bottles and a brush. Received my order with only 2 bottles and no brush. I have emailed them multiple times over the course of a week with no response. They also have no contact phone number. Bad business.
