My order arrived in time and I am really surprised by the quality of the product, I bought a mini latex dress it was really well made with double layer of fabric and real bra made with the dress, the size is also accurate to the size chart in the website

Oh my word! what brilliant customer service! and Stunning dress! i ordered a pink dress and it was too big, i got in touch with customer service who was so quick and helpful, i got the exchange the refund and ordered the dress again in a smaller size, all done in one day!

Ordered a Black Dress for an event I'm going to, had no shipping information for 2 weeks. I decided to chase up and they told me the item isn't in stock. Asked for a refund.
My friend also had the same problem. And looking at other reviews they also had this. The Nine Pm is a scam!!
No shipping notification. After waiting 10 days, contacted them and they said it was out of stock and would be another 15 days. I asked if another dress was available in my size and colour to be sent out immediately and they said no, and told me my money was refunded (as I'd asked for that if i couldn't get a different dress). After waiting 8 days, I asked where my refund was and they said they would initiate it now. It was at that point that I got a refund notification. Absolutely waste of time.
The Gold Dress I bought was as per the specs... I tried it on and it fit perfectly. They only issue I found concerning is that they didn't send any shipping notifications - Which for me is important to know (as I almost called the bank to cancel the purchase).
