Easy transaction

Easy transaction. Conveyancers contacted us within 24hrs and the process started. Pretty simple really.

TAKEN MONEY AND REFUSE FULL REFUND

So to date finally after 3 weeks after wasting my time I receive a refund for £50.The company still owe me a further £117 which they say they cannot refund as they did some checks.I did all the work loading my photos and documents and say they can only refund £25 as these are admin costs.They did absolutely nothing i mean zero action.I have complained and await long winded process.Once again I implore you all not to ever use moving hub pmpl

Don’t trust what they say

This company almost lost me my new home that I have recently purchased at auction.

It took them 4.5 working days to inform me that the conveyancer’s had notified them they wouldn’t be able to complete in time. Bearing in mind auction properties complete in 20 working days that was negligent behaviour.

They also did this by sending an email saying they couldn’t find a replacement and I could have a full refund....3 days before the completion deadline.

Home Legal Direct were very clear

Home Legal Direct were very clear, transparent and very affordable. After not feeling overly confident with the initial Solicitors they allocated for us, they were more than cooperative to help us find the right Solicitors that best matched our needs without it costing anything extra. We are now with a fantastic Solicitors that I feel very confident with. Big thank you to Myron, Ellen and Sophie for their help.
