Excellent service

From the moment I contacted this company, they have been nothing short of excellent! Everyone is very efficient but also friendly, they are very quick to deal with everything, but also take the time to explain each stage of the process clearly. All this and yet one of the most competitively priced as well! I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone buying or selling

First time using an online service

First time using an online service. The person I spoke to on the phone was very good and took the time to understand my slightly unusual circumstances. I'm currently in the early stages of conveyancing and so far, so good.

Good idea to use this company

Good idea to use this company as they work with the chosen solicitor and you can call them when you are having problems getting through to the conveyancer and they act as a second support network

As first time buyers...

As first time buyers we are unsure of the whole process when it comes to buying a house, home legal direct have been great so far. We feel everything has gone smoothly and can ask questions if we're unsure about anything however they only thing we would say could be done better is finding the right solicistor. So far we have been appointed 3 different ones in a few weeks and are left wondering what's happening next.

So pleased with this site

So pleased with this site. The customer service was impressive with a swift call back and full explanation of how the conveyancing would progress. The price point was a third of that quoted by a local solicitor; what's not to like??!
