Don’t be fooled by fixed fee quote.
We accepted a ‘fixed fee’ quote for the purchase of our new property and sale of our existing. All questions answered correctly to obtain this quote now they have started working it has doubled in price! Everything is an unforeseen extra at £150 plus VAT so no fixed fee at all.

Money for nothing AVOID!

Money for nothing AVOID!
‘Forced’ into using them via small print in online estate agent and they took large deposit to basically do id checks and introduce me to the worlds worst solicitor and that was that! Never replied to emails after that and did absolutely nothing. All part of a conveyancing scam.

At least as good as any other

At least as good as any other - These do some of the services via Home Legal Direct and the conveynacers employed.
Good service - not quite perfect though nothing is

Excellent service

Excellent service, can't recommend enough. The process is simple and you get an app to keep track of your progress. Very competitive prices too.

Be Prepared to Lose Your Deposit

Initial £324 deposit taken very quickly. Promised AML/ID links not received. Cancelled request within 24 hours after seeing poor reviews on Trustpilot and no progress with AML.
Accepted admin fee of £55 x 2 was due but then told that they would be keeping a further £132 for AML/ID checks that were never undertaken or received.
No reply to requests for evidence that any work had actually been done or any links had been sent out.
Disappointing experience but pleased that things have gone much more smoothly using local solicitors.

Very fast and helpful service

Very fast and helpful service. Put me in touch with a solicitor who contacted me the very same day and everything is moving along very well. Even saved me money in the original quote!
